Camlux Hotel

The room had a strong damp smell and was quite small, which I'd seen mentioned online before. I chose this place because I was working nearby. Overall, it was still pretty good, so I'd give it a positive review. The location is excellent, right by the roadside. It has a bit of an old money, retro vibe.

Overall, it was very good and had some unique features. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. Bottled water wasn't provided, but there's a hot and cold water dispenser in the lobby where you can fill up for free. The only thing is, walking from Telford Plaza, you have to pass through some industrial buildings, so it's a bit quiet at night.

The front desk service was exceptional, and I'd like to extend a special thanks to Hin for his warm hospitality! I arrived at the hotel exhausted late at night, past 10 PM. Luckily, I encountered Hin at the front desk. Not only was he incredibly efficient with the check-in process, but his attitude was also highly professional and friendly. His proactive and enthusiastic service made me feel warmly welcomed the moment I stepped into the hotel. Thanks to his excellent service, my trip got off to a perfect start. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

An unexpectedly amazing stay! The hotel is very spacious, and I loved the minimalist industrial design. My friend and I arrived quite late, and since it was raining, we didn't want to go out for dinner. Ordering takeout to the hotel was super convenient. The breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise; everything was freshly made. Definitely a recommended hotel! 👍👍🫶🏻🫶🏻 The room size was quite generous for Hong Kong, and we had a very comfortable stay. You can spot the Camel brand cup motif everywhere in the hotel, from the room lamps to the indicator lights by the elevators – it felt a bit like a treasure hunt finding them. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and very satisfying! 🤩🤩🥰🥰

The hotel upgraded us to a larger room, which was much appreciated. The overall environment was pretty good, but there were three things I wasn't happy with: the duvet felt a bit damp, the toothbrush was too hard, and the hairdryer's air flow was too weak, making it very difficult to dry my hair. If the hotel could improve these points, it would be excellent! Also, the shopping mall next to the hotel has amazing deals on shoes; I've bought several pairs there already.
