Highly recommend for families travellers to stay here as they have a relatively big room compared to others hotel in HK and they have 2 queen beds in the room! Overall I had a great experience staying here, it was quite clean and the hotel staffs were really helpful. It’s also a good location as it’s just above the Moko shopping mall and the mongkok east lrt! Would definitely stay here again next time!

We booked the deluxe room, it is small as typical hk 4 stars hotels. When we got the room, the toilet bowl wasn’t clean, some poop spots there, called the service, they said will come and clean but we left the room around 45 mins, the housekeeping hasn’t arrived. The next morning, I called service for 5 times then they picked up. Otherwise the location is in the heart of mongkok, is consider good but due to the slow economy of HK now, many shops around there closes early as compared to the prime time before covid. The Ming Court is still good, can go there for their dim sums and Cantonese food. The ground floor staffs are good, helpful and able to help us in where we wana go by getting taxi for us. The Hollywood cafe nearby serves very nice condensed milk butter buns.

We stayed in the Executive Seaview Suite which was a very spacious room with separate living room, dining table and bedroom. There’s also a separate powder cum toilet and the bedroom walk-in wardrobe and toilet was so big with separate bathtub and shower room. Very well designed for family. The suite comes to club access. My family would like to specially thank Chris Chan and Inez Cheng for their very attentive and welcoming hospitality. Especially thank to Chris as she remembers my favourite choice of drink. We felt so at home.

Normally I’m a no frills kinda guy, but decided to treat myself to a nice spot after staying in a few hostels on my trip so I sprang for the top floor rooms and boy was it worth it. Staff treats you like a king upon arrival with a special front desk in the upper level and a personal escort to your room. Special access to a top level bar with a complimentary daily happy hour and exceptional view of Victoria’s Harbor. If you wanna feel like a baller or impress a special guest do this.

Had a fantastic stay here for five nights! The hotel is very accommodating, accessible by the metro train or car from the airport. I especially enjoyed my high floor room, the location and the club access lounge, as it had delicious food, a great bar and wonderful staff. Katy Ko was by far the best employee that I encountered my entire stay. She gave many suggestions for where to go, shop, eat and the best way to optimize our time at Disney! You could tell she really cares and enjoys her job! She was just so helpful even with directions to night markets and so on. There area was in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, pop up shops, malls and many more. Very accessible! If there were any negatives it would be to expand the pool area, as many times the pool chairs filled up pretty quick and the actual pool area was small! Also, to enforce parents to watch after their children in the club lounge. I understand they also have access to it but they shouldn’t be able to go to bar/ food station without adult supervision as well as run and play while many people are relaxing during this time. Overall, I enjoyed my time in Hong Kong and at the Intercontinental Hotel. Looking forwarded to staying again. Shout out to Katy Ko for being one of the best staff members here! She definitely knows the area and how to make foreigners/guest feel welcomed!

The location is very good, shopping and transportation are very convenient, and the indoor sanitation is very clean, but the bedding is very poor, and it should not be changed every guest. It's hard to find on the third floor, the corridor environment is very poor, and there is a garbage transfer station at the door. In Hong Kong, a place where every inch of land is very expensive, two or three hundred yuan can only be treated like this. If the budget is sufficient, it is better to choose a more expensive one.

Alitle bit far from MTR but a hotel arrange shuttle bus that is great organised if I can recommend I want Hotel to arrange bus service more for peak time if you cannot get into the bus because a bus is full that mean you need to wait 1 more hour for the next round. The hotel is really accessible and just a 2 mins walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR so we got there really easily and quickly. As we had a baggage delay from our airline we told the staff (Hugo) to look out for it but he actually went the extra mile to call up our airline and check the status of the baggage. Hotel was very prompt and attentive to this matter and also informed us once the baggage reached the hotel, huge thanks to Hugo! The room was spacious enough (for HK standard), cosy for us (couple) and bathroom was also spacious enough for 2 of us to use it as the same time. We stayed 5 nights and returned to the room all cleaned and neat daily! The staff were all very friendly and attentive as the room was clean, spacious and well equipped. There are a bunch of shops right outside the hotel like 7-11 convenience store, cha chaan teng etc. I even managed to get a roll of film as there was a camera shop right at the hotel doorstep! The hotel is located in an area whereby it’s extremely convenient and central yet not right smack in the hustle bustle so returning to the hotel every night was easy and peaceful. It felt like a very safe area too! I highly recommend anyone to book this hotel with ease. I will definitely stay here again if I were to return to HK!

Ease hotel was in a very good location in HK. Walking distance to the MTR station. Check in was fast and smooth. The counter staff was kind enough to give me an upgrade to Seaview room upon request. In room WIFI was OK. Room was small, clean and no bad odor upon entering. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on and the bedsheet was really clean. 2 pillows and a small cushion was provided for each twin bed. The room aircon was not noisy as some reviews had mentioned. The 2 service lifts were fast. Room card was required to access to each lift level which provide good security. However, there were 2 flaws. Firstly, the housekeeping was done very early ard 8 to 9am. The auntie knock on our door when me and my mum was still sleeping then. This is the first hotel that I stayed where housekeeping start so early. Usually should be done in the late morning or early afternoon when nobody is in the room already. Secondly, the toilet basin was too small and not user friendly. Luggage storage was before 11.59pm on the day when you check out. We collected ours ard 10pm and the uncle from the hotel is very friendly. To conclude, I will still consider to stay in this hotel next time if coming back to HK. As it's still worth the price and quality if based on location. Unless you are someone who is bothered by the room size.

November 2023 Under construction It's noisy day and night. Not recommended Work on the exterior walls started at 9 a.m. with a bang. Interior work was done on the upper floor from midnight until morning. There were noises all night. I couldn't sleep at all. It was hard. The toilet and shower are together. To use the toilet, you can collect water in the tank and flush it yourself. You can borrow one bath towel by asking the staff. There are no tissues With the weak yen, it costs just under 10,000 yen per night. I felt that prices were high in Hong Kong. The location is good. 3 minutes walk from Mong Kok station. It takes less than an hour from the airport by bus on A21.

ARGH!!! I confused The Golden Hotel with The Prince Guest House, and I accidentally wrote an OK review for The Prince. The Prince Hotel / Guesthouse is horrible and freakin' loud. Stay away! As far as this place - The Golden Hotel. It's pretty loud, too. I was placed behind the front desk, and you hear a lot of customers complaining because it can be hard to find a worker. There are signs or a phone number, but people still stand at the counter and get angry. (Maybe they didn't have a SIM card yet and couldn't call the number. I don't know.) This place has nice bathrooms, so there's that. Would I stay again? A lot of these guest houses are going to be loud. It doesn't help that the customers are pretty loud and clueless when moving around in the morning and night. There's nothing to do about that, though.

first off, it's an aparthotel with generous room size, the building is well maintained and private, you can't get any more comfortable than this compare to all the accommodations available at the similar price range. The staffs are super friendly and helpful, basic daily fresh towels, mineral waters supply, a cosy share lounge with refreshments on the 1st floor next to the reception office, which offer additions space to work if you don't feel like getting out. It's a perfect option for both short and extended stay definitely. the area is also full of hidden gems and surprises for both locals and tourists, with temple st night market and Nathan road just around the corner. If anything to complain, perhaps the lower floor might be a bit noisy during the day when traffic is heavy. otherwise, I'd say it's the best home away from home.

Having lived in a hotel in Hong Kong, this elevator is relatively new. The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, there is no one-time wash, just give it if you ask. There is no conversion plug. It is that the soundproofing of the street is not good, and it is noisy to sleep at night, and I did not sleep well. You can store your luggage there after you check out, which is great. Easy to go out!
