Having lived in a hotel in Hong Kong, this elevator is relatively new. The room is clean and tidy, the service is good, there is no one-time wash, just give it if you ask. There is no conversion plug. It is that the soundproofing of the street is not good, and it is noisy to sleep at night, and I did not sleep well. You can store your luggage there after you check out, which is great. Easy to go out!

It was a pleasant stay at the hostel. Nice staff who could communicate in English and were extremely helpful. There is a nice backyard where people can have food from their cafe and chill. It’s animal friendly. The food was okay. Inside the backyard it’s quiet even though the hostel is in a busy area.

Location was about 5 mins walk from Sham Shui Po MTR station exit B2 with several shops nearby for fruits, food such as desserts, supper and other conveniences. Room was clean and as shown on advertised photos. So overall was definitely worth a stay. The facilities such as gym, lounge, microwave oven and all were a pleasant surprise though there was no opportunity to use this round. Next time perhaps ;)

Highly recommend for families travellers to stay here as they have a relatively big room compared to others hotel in HK and they have 2 queen beds in the room! Overall I had a great experience staying here, it was quite clean and the hotel staffs were really helpful. It’s also a good location as it’s just above the Moko shopping mall and the mongkok east lrt! Would definitely stay here again next time!

pleasant staff and the hotel is super close to the sham shui po mtr station.. about 1 min walk. the area is convenient with many restaurants and some clothing market nearby. the room was clean with a pretty comfortable bed. the only downside was that the lock to my door was broken, so i couldn't lock my door when going outside. luckily for me, it wasn't important as i checked in late and i didn't need to go out anywhere that night.
