Remarkable~I remembered a lot of names here,Arcmond,Anson,Amy,and Olivier a 25 years old boy at front desk.Especially coco, I had a crush on her for few months but never told her.She is……stunning so beautiful I worry about she will break my heart.Some of facilities updated cotton slippers more comfortable than linens, but I haven’t try facial mask housekeeping department only left two we have three people.Anyway thanks for your treatment I will be back next time.

In room dining is ok but the taste was too salty

Truly an amazing experience over the Christmas holidays at Mandarin Oriental's flagship hotel in Hong Kong. Outstanding service, cleanliness of facilities, and unmatched level of detail and courtsey. Great check in service via Mandarin Oriental club which rounded up a 5+ star feel. Highly recommended

Good Good

One of the best and my all time favorite hotels. The service is second to none. Everything is adjusted in to details beyond our expectation. The only downside i found this time is the cleanliness of glasses, dishes and cutluries which have a room to be improved, just gently reminding

Best hotel ever, great service.

I was in Hong Kong on business and decided to bring my partner and have a little holiday before my work started. As it was my partners first time in Hong Kong we decided to stay in a club room at the MO. This was my first time staying at the property and my first time staying at any mandarin oriental. I was very impressed. Our room was nice but nothing too special; however, the club lounge was phenomenal. The afternoon tea (Picture) was incredible and we also really enjoyed the Champagne and snacks in the evening. I sincerely recommend upgrading to a club room. The Club lounge was a real highlight of this hotel.

Fruitful in-room breakfast, great location at the heart of Cental

No where makes us feel more at home than the MO. So delighted to have come during their 60 years celebration and to be part of the MO family to share this joyful celebration!

Everything was impeccable - from the service, to the beautiful room to the spa and breakfast! 5 star hotel experience. Also the Japanese bar on the top floor is very good! International crowd, drinks are refined.

On arrival at the hotel I was very underwhelmed and pretty disappointed as I thought it didn’t look like the usual standard of MO hotels. The first room we were given had an awful damp/mouldy smell but the second room was fine. The location of the hotel is really good as you are near the trains/boats etc and also near shops bars and restaurants. The breakfast was average but the service was good.
