Have always been staying in this hotel whenever I am back in HK . Really impressed with the level of service they provide to their customers. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Hotel is located near to the MTR and ferry terminal making it easily accessible to any places. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to visit hongkong. 5.0/5 Posted June 5, 2023

Upon check-in, nobody offered to take our bags up to the room. Beautiful view from the swimming pool and gim. We also enjoyed the view from the room. Centrally located to the metro and bus stops. Breakfast buffet was excellent but waiting for a table took some time.

We are so lucky to receive heartfelt congratulations from hotel managers , it is so surprised that we have warm welcoming at the front desk at first , after that She took us to the room, we were arranged to have room upgrade service which can see the spectacular panorama view of Victoria harbour! The most important thing is staff to help us decorate the room, I like the decoration very much! Both of us are very enjoyable on the night at Hyatt Centric. The hotel is new and clean, with many facilities to use. I definitely recommend this hotel to other tourist all around the world. I would choose to stay in this hotel next time for celebration.

Location is great and near to north point station. We went there for a short trip. Value for money would be off the charts as we booked at midnight and only has the biggest suite. Upon entering the hotel lobby, it took a long time to be able to confirm the booking, and even longer time to get the key due to verification and safety procedure. The staffs overall are professional and nice and understanding. The hotel itself has the grandest view with two tv, two separate bathrooms, two bathrobes and customized toiletries. They have swimming pool at the 2nd floor and also buffet stand as well. The food was alright, as it was a buffet worth around 250hkd each from East to South Asian, European, American cuisines. I'd recommend staying not for the price but for overall experience. It would be best if it's booked earlier as there are a lot of options and rooms available by the time. My friends and I stayed here during the April break. Beautiful hotel in a great location. Smooth check in as always! Food/ drinks were amazing as ever with a great view. However my friends and I were running early in the morning and requested a continental breakfast with a banana. To my amazement the hotel said they do not have bananas 😂, but they made us a delicious ham sandwich with freshly squeezed orange.

Spacious Room with seaview, room is clean and comfortable. Location is great, just 2-3mins walk from mtr station and there are many restaurants nearby.

A bit far from central but clean hotel with ok room size. Breakfast did not worth what paid for

My boyfriend and I decided to do a staycation for the weekend and Hyatt Centric was an easy choice. Although the room was quite small, it still provided that luxurious vibe. I think I would upgrade to a bigger room to be able to enjoy the bathtub as our room selection only had a shower. Staff were very helpful and friendly!

The view is amazing! Very accessible! The hotel pinay mgr was very kind & helpful. Will surely back! The swimming pool is instagrammable! . Stunning view
