Great central location in the old town with many bars and restaurants a short walk away. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The guesthouse is in a perfect location for a beach holidays and we appreciated the fact that there are a lot of good eateries within walking distance. It is also easy and quick to go to Hoi'an by taxi, around 10 minutes. The guesthouse is older and smaller than what I was expecting but it is clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Our room didn't have a balcony and we would have liked to have a rack to hang our swimsuits after a day spent at the beach. Our room, located on the third floor, was really quiet and we had no difficulty to sleep. Breakfast is pretty basic but fresh.

- I have to rate the male staff here 5 stars (enthusiastic, thoughtful, funny, friendly, etc.) - Convenient location, 2 minutes walk to the beach - The room is nice, but the bathroom furniture is a bit old but not significant (please be careful with the hot water in the shower) - Delicious breakfast - Affordability - Nice swimming pool - I hope to stay at a new hotel when I come back next year ^^

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is also 200 meters from the beach. There is one disadvantage: the refrigerator in the room wasn't cold and the fan didn't work. Unfortunately, nothing was done about this. There are loungers on the beach.

It was the best accommodation of this trip. 1 minute walk to Anbang Beach and the room is clean. Above all, the staff was very friendly. Next time I go, I definitely plan to use it again.

The environment is very quiet, there is a feeling of living in the local area. The staff are very friendly, polite and make you feel at ease. Will recommend to friends.
