This is not the first time I have come to this hotel. It is one of the best shops I have ever stayed in in Hohhot. The Holiday Inn is a four-star hotel managed by InterContinental, and it is not inferior to a five-star hotel at all. In the Hailiang business district of Zhongshan West Road, opposite the hotel is Qingcheng Park. It is very convenient to run and walk in the morning. The hotel environment is very good and the service is very good. The check-in concierge in the entrance hall takes the initiative to help with luggage. There are many kinds and super rich, as well as Inner Mongolia specialties and various dishes. Every service staff in the hotel is very friendly. Anyway, it is super recommended! Colin and the staff in the front office gave me a very good feeling, the requests were always met, and I felt really paid attention to living here.

The front desk service is enthusiastic, the location is excellent, the breakfast is particularly rich, with Inner Mongolia characteristics, including steamed dumplings and mutton offal, as well as Mongolian milk tea, the room supplies are very clean, the bedding is very tidy, the room is very soundproof, the sheets and quilt covers are very clean, the trash can in the room is very tidy, the ceiling is very clean, the room is clean and sanitary as a whole, when you meet pedestrians, they will take the initiative to greet you and send things. There is a robot, the lobby has the fragrance of flowers, the front desk greets you with a smile when you check in, and you will take the initiative to wipe the luggage when you check out. There is warm water and hand cream is given as a gift. There is a parking lot and a charging pile. I actively give the home glass water service. I like the service. The service is very enthusiastic. There is also afternoon tea on the third floor with Haagen-Dazs ice cream, Starbucks coffee, tea, and fruit. There is a gym and a conference room. It is worth recommending. I like the service.

Have been staying here for a night. The hotel is brand new and very clean. Excellent service from both reception and cleaning staff. Across the street is a big shopping center and a beautiful park, very close to the city center. I will stay here again when I come back to Hohhot!

We had a few problems at the beginning of the stay. The swimming pool was closed which was disappointing. However, Jack the manager was very supportive and helped us to enjoy the rest of our stay. The overall state of the hotel i.e. bedroom was of a very good quality. However, we had to move to another bedroom due to the strong smell of cigarette smoke filtering in through the air conditioning unit which was very bad. Unfortunately, this happened again in the new hotel bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel staff were very accommodating. However, the hotel really need to be stricter on the cigarette smoking policy. I understand that many people smoke in China but this is the 'Sheraton' brand. If people are being allowed to smoke in the hotel restaurant (which we had to endure) and in the bedrooms which affects other guests, this is quite bad.

The most Mongolian-style hotel in Hohhot, full of artistic atmosphere everywhere. Trying on Mongolian costumes brought great joy to my family and left unforgettable memories. The service in the buffet restaurant on the first floor was very enthusiastic. We got off the plane late and there were not many dishes left. The service staff specially added dishes and fruits for us. The child likes Mongolian millet fried rice, and we specially sent him a large portion of freshly fried rice. I was very moved. The people of Inner Mongolia are warm and hospitable, and the quality of the service staff of Inner Mongolia Hotel is even better. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity

The hotel has a good location, complete facilities and equipment, clean and tidy rooms, spacious and bright. The staff Xu Yanchun is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is rich, nutritious and delicious. It is an ideal accommodation choice for business trips. Recommended, the room manager Sister Xu is very nice

staff needs to speak english and be friendly. Only one of the receptions who was attended on 15th January night shift friendly and helpful even she does not speak english, tried to helped us that we asked many things. We’d like to thank her 😊.

The room was very clean, the service was very good, it was very close to the Inner Mongolia Hospital, and the surrounding places to eat were very convenient. The North Noodle House downstairs was particularly good. We upgraded to check out at 4pm. I give Ctrip a thumbs up 👍 and recommend everyone to stay.

Booked this room when I went to watch a concert at Hohhot Stadium. It's about 10 minutes' walk away, so it's quite convenient to enter and leave the venue. The corner room with city view has a view of the racecourse and stadium next to it! For takeout, you can order the famous mutton Shaomai nearby, which is also delivered by a robot~
