It's an older hotel. Although the decoration is a bit old, it's generally clean and tidy. The room is big enough. The hotel is in a good location, right at the entrance of Dayan Mountain North Gate, which is very convenient for going up the mountain. But the main complaint is about the food. It's a holiday, so there must be a lot of people. Whether it's breakfast or buffet, the variety is poor, the management is chaotic, and the quality of tourists is not high. Under these multiple factors, the hotel's food can only be described as terrible.

The receptionist at the front desk was warm and hospitable, and the check-in was quick. The waiter also sent welcome fruit, which is worthy of praise. The hotel environment is elegant, and it is very close to Dayan Mountain, which is convenient for sightseeing. The restaurant is large, and the breakfast variety is good.

The room was not equipped with a charging cable or storage bag, and there was no soap or hand sanitizer in the bathroom. The lobby service was also lacking, and the door card could not open the door of the room where I stayed for one night the next morning.

The hotel is a bit old, with a lake view outside the window. The 1.2-meter bed is too narrow. It happened to be the National Day holiday, so there were many people, but there were only two staff members to check in and check out. I waited for an hour, and then there were no other staff members in the entire lobby. The breakfast was very average, with few items.

Hygiene: The bed sheets and quilts were clean. The bathroom was not cleaned well, and there was scale on the faucet. There was a lot of scale on the floor of the shower room. Service: The service was OK, but such a big hotel did not have tea sets, and it was charged. No ~, just simple tea bags.

I went out for a walk during the Spring Festival. The hotel is just opposite the Dayan Mountain Gate. The scenery and location are good, but it is a bit old. The TV needs to be adjusted by the staff. The air conditioner does not have hot air. It is still a bit cold during the Spring Festival in Guangdong. I asked for two quilts, but they only gave me the quilt core, which has various yellow stains and is unbearable to look at.

Not very quiet. I'm not talking about the surrounding management of the hotel, but the noise made by other guests in the hotel. After the complaint, the hotel could not take the initiative to solve it. But in the end, I asked to change the room, and the front desk arranged it, which was better. Although it is a four-star hotel, the service is not professional enough.
