Was supposed to be a non smoking room but the smoke stench in the bathroom is off putting. Also already pre paid through Trip but for some reason unknown, was charged a second time pending hotel receiving from Trip.

Fine hotel, cheap, simple and effecient. Airco in room and ameneties such as towels and soap default present. Breakfast nice and accoording to price. Hotel just needs a little more neatness as I remembered it years ago when new, difficult but achievable

The breakfast is good, the environment is OK, free parking, we went directly to the castle early in the morning, it is not far from the castle, 6 minutes drive, it is still very convenient to travel

Before departure, I emailed to request a quieter room, but I was assigned a room facing the road. The soundproofing was not good and you could hear vehicles passing by.
The sound insulation is really bad, the water pipe is very loud, and the sound of showering/flushing toilets in other rooms is very clear and lasts all night.
I booked two rooms with the same order. The front desk was not open when I arrived and I could only check in by myself. Only the information of one room could be obtained, and in the end I had to wait for more than an hour to obtain another room.

The only thing I've never experienced is that we couldn't make breakfast because everything was booked. The guests had to queue. The hall was full.
