Booked this hotel through Priceline for February 5-6, first room I was assigned I walked in and it smelled like a smoking lounge. Went downstairs and the lady apologized and said they were busy the last few days because of snow and a lot of people left without paying etc - what does that have to do with cleanliness and smoke? Do not clean the rooms? Second room seemed okay at first, but after starting to sleep woke up with severe sinus issues and thought I may be getting a cold but when I looked closer the entire bed was covered in thick dust and I have an allergy. Took a shower and checked out early. Front desk apologized and said a manager will contact me and no one ever did. I contacted Priceline and they called the hotel and Eddie the manager refused a refund because he said I used the room. Horrible service and they know I didn't use the room fully as I checked out early and the advertised airport shuttle, my reason for staying, was not operable at all. I would never recommend this nasty hotel and horrible service to my worst enemy.

Hotel next to the airport If the transfer airport car rental is a good choice! The hotel has a free breakfast in the United States is not easy, don't expect too much, of course, do not eat the initiative. You have a free airport shuttle service from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. When you arrive, you need to call the hotel to talk to them. Will pick you up~ No, you can take a taxi or you can pay $12 for the airport gate.

Needed an over night before early flight. This Marriot was recommended by a friend. It’s very close to the airport. You can leave your car there and take the shuttle which worked out great. The rooms are double beds not queen. But are VERY comfortable. We had to be moved bc the toilet wouldn’t flush and the sink stopper was broken and wouldn’t drain. Our room was quiet and clean once we were moved. They have the sliding barn door on the baths. So not real private. I would stay here again. There’s a nice bar and restaurant area and very large lobby.

Very pleased with Holiday Inn CVG in Erlanger. Wanted a quality stay near airport, with an excellent review record…that is what I found! Room on 4th deck was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Large bathroom, comfy king sized bed. Dinner at onsite restaurant was tasty and reasonable, breakfast burrito was excellent. Service by everyone was great. Well worth the stay as an InterContinental Ambassador!
