We stayed for 5 days starting from June 3 - June 7. The hotel is well located within the city and the services provided are excellent. The staff are polite, respectful and helpful. We stayed as part of our leisure trip; however the hotel is comfortable stay for business trip as well as the services provided are to the point. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has Continental, Vietnamese, Japanese and Korean in the spread (Even though we are Indians, we prefer to try the local cuisine and continental when staying overseas. So the food was extremely agreeable for us --- however, if you prefer Indian food, they don't provide that in the buffet spread or menu). Also the food we tried by using the all-day in-room dining services were also good. We tried the cheese cake as we had read great online reviews about it while opting to stay at this hotel and it lived upto our expectations. The spa services provided were also excellent and refreshing. They offer currency exchange services at the reception itself, so you don't have to go to bank or money exchange services for converting USD to VND. The room we stayed in was 825 in the non-smoking floor. It offers city view and is clean and hygienic. The washroom is equipped with automatic bidet toilet; and provides hair dryer and other standard toiletries. The housekeeping is done well. To sum up, it was a pleasant stay for us here and would recommend for this hotel to our acquaintances.

I checked into the Hotel on 21st June for a 4 night stay. Right from the poor “Check-In” experience one could get a feeling that something was amiss... I had multiple “sub-standard” experiences in this relatively new property. To highlight a few.. • On the 1st night, I ordered for a Vietnamese Grilled Fish (Medium rear), but what I received was a “Well done”, over cooked, almost fried fish. There were almost no attendants at the only restaurant at the hotel at 10:30pm. • On the 3rd day at despite the restaurant being empty at breakfast, all the salad bar servings were empty at 9:45am. There was not adequate bread in the bread baskets. When I pointed to the restaurant manager that the breakfast buffet is available until 10:30am, I was told that the serving bowls are empty as the team was all busy preparing for a 500 pax lunch later in the day (24th June)…..honestly not sure this was an acceptable answer. • On the 3rd evening at 10:15 pm, when I tried to utilize my complementary welcome drink at the bar, I was told the bar attendant was not available and the drink cannot be served. • Despite requests for coffee sachets to be placed in the room during daily housekeeping service, the same were never placed. However, had to personally make a call for the same every day. • There was no Iron and Ironing board in the room. • The hand sanitizers installed in the elevators were empty and not operational. • The air-conditioning in the lobby never seemed to work. Despite repeated requests to meet with the GM, it was only on the 3rd day was I told that the GM is not available for the week as he is on an official trip. Ironically the Rooms duty manager (2nd in charge after the GM) was also not available. Would not recommend this property for a stay.

Positives - Clean, decently appointed VFM accommodation right in the heart of the city. - Friendly & courteous staff members especially Ms Dung at reception & breakfast service plus kitchen staff. - Decent breakfast options for the price charged & good service. - Housekeeping service was efficient and clean for all the 3 nights we stayed there. - Good wifi & amenities. - Help always offered at reception if assistance is asked for. - Walking distance to convenience stores and local restaurants. Unlike the much hyped but unclean & very loud old quarters area this is much much better (personal preference). - Good cancellation policies for last minute booking amendments not too fussy or late cancellation charges. Negatives - For late night arrivals entrance to the hotel can be a bit confusing as it shares the same lobby as the highlands coffee next door. - They have missed the trick by not offering a balcony although their r windows but for a claustrophobic person this can get a bit stressy although not that bad as the windows open wide, my room was very well ventilated, view outside on the higher floors was decent for the city. Overall considering Hanoi & price charged this is a good option to consider if your looking for a clean, hygienic, good location & decent breakfast. Staff are understanding & do not rush you for anything which is a good thing. Most of them speak atleast basic English so communication is not stressed for their is not miscommunication.

To tell the truth, although I was too hurried and didn’t take any photos, this hotel is really better than I expected It's not that he is so much better. But before I go. I'm actually worried that the cheap 176 double bed will be mediocre in every way. So there is no hope. But after coming! I think it's pretty good. The front desk staff is also nice. Free breakfast in the morning. But I left too early and I didn't get it. I went to take the IELTS test. The test site of Ocean Park is super close! ! ! ! ! ! It is recommended that candidates book this hotel at this test site🏨. Take a walk, cross the road, that's it! ! ! ! ! This hotel is in China. My room needs 400+. That’s it. Really recommend

We booked a family room and it was easy way to make a reservation. Just contact to hotel's number and tell them the day we check in, check out. Staff in this hotel really friendly, showed us the map of the city and recommended us some of nice restaurant, destinations to travel. We also book a day tour when we were at the hotel. Rooms are clearn, good breakfast. Should choise this hotel if you travelling to Hanoi. 10/10

The location mark on the map could be more accurate. After looking for it for a long time at the intersection, it was in the alley (it can be vaguely seen on the street directly opposite the intersection). There are about 3 pocket-sized apartments on each floor. There is a large platform and laundry room on the roof. It is not very high, so the view is not far. There are basically local restaurants around and most of them don't speak English, so I haven't tried them.

There are large shopping malls around, you can go shopping, watch movies, exercise, and sit in a coffee shop. Of course, there are many choices for food. 15 minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. You can park.

It was pretty good experience for me. Because they have a coffee shop upstair which run by young people of Hanoi, very nice people. Without booking this hotel, i would never knew them. The people here are warm, also if you are tourist, you need to aware that the front main door of the hotel is closed before mid night. I think which is cool somehow with proper security but the disadvantage is you can't come back hotel anytime, altought you can, it very bad feeling to wake the security guy up everytime. the price is very suitable and its on the way to High way and town, great location not so far from town and not so close.
