The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room facing the street was nice with a balcony. The breakfast was astonishing.

Beautiful hotel with really great staff. The breakfast buffet was definitely worth the money. I would certainly stay there again.

All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us advice on the food stalls to visit. They made an effort to decorate the room as it was my hubby’s birthday. The breakfast was good with varieties. The location of the hotel was convenient with many restaurants and massage places. Will return again.

Best welcome ever! Excellent experience from the moment we arrived to the last minute we left. Warm and careful staff gave us very good suggestions on things to visit and restaurants to eat. Delicious and variegated breakfast every morning. Clean room, careful personnel. Beautiful internal design and decorations, pleasant ambiance smell. Attention to little details is what makes the difference! Thank you, we will come back!

Service and location was great but hotel doesn’t look as new as it should be and sound proofing is quite bad Hotel spa was amazing though Overall still a pleasant stay

Absolutely stunning hotel located in a perfect location in the old quarter. The staff are beyond amazing. The hotel is beautiful and very authentic with beautiful touches of elegance. Could not recommend this hotel more. You MUST stay here!

Awesome experience at L'HÔTEL du LAC in Hanoi! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful from the second you arrive. The staff made great food and restaurant recommendations, and the location was very central to touristy highlights. (The food in Hanoi is out of this world!) The breakfast buffet was good, but ordering pho off the menu (at no additional charge) was the best option in the morning. The room was nice and clean. We had a small maintenance issue with the room and staff was very quick to fix it. They even gave us a tote bag and helped us get a taxi when we left to, again, say how sorry they were for the very small issue. I will 100% stay here anytime I am back to Hanoi!

The hotel is great and the location perfect. But one of the most impressive thing is how the staff is so helpful, finding solutions to any issues. 1000 thx to all the team.

Superb experience with the hotel du lac hanoi. Great location and excellent friendly staff. The room are great. The breakfast is one of the best array of selections i had. Make my first trip to Hanoi so memorable! Highly recommended for all first timers to Hanoi.

Great location and very friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was very helpful with extending our original one night booking to join up with this second one to avoid travelling during the typhoon.
