During check in the hotel did not offer the welcome drink. The staff did not provide assistance in carrying the luggage from the lobby to the room. In fact, they refill the old plastic water bottles instead of providing new packaged bottles. Except these points, rest were fine.

Great location, within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, with small supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good. For the Hoan Kiem Lake area, the rooms are quite spacious. I'd advise against staying in hotels too close to Hoan Kiem Lake; their rooms are generally very small and noisy.

We booked a family room with two single beds and one double bed, which was perfect for our family of four. The breakfast was decent, and the hotel is within walking distance of the Opera House, next to the embassy district and upscale commercial areas. There's a supermarket conveniently located nearby. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the popular internet-famous spots.

The room little bit of small but very cozy with balcony little dated but comfortable, room very clean. Hotel provides Toothbrush, comb, and other amenities, location is great close to eveything, breakfast provides is excellent , I really enjoyed staying here. Over all i would recommend this hotel to everyone
