Hangzhou Xingdu Hotel

Wulin Square (Downtown Area) Hangzhou|1.33km from Zhejiang University Xixi Campus (South Gate)
The hotel is in a good location and quite near a subway station. Well decorated with good size room. The cleanliness was very well done, everyday after we return back to hotel for our rest in the afternoon, the room feels so clean and refreshing so we are very impressed with the cleaning staff. One particular staff worth mentioning is Ms.Hai from the morning breakfast restaurant. On our first morning, we came down to the restaurant at almost 10am, it was very crowded but Ms. Hai took care of us very well, got us our table all cleaned up and made sure we have enough food and the items we wanted as the kitchen was slowly closing up for breakfast to end. On our next few mornings, she did the same excellent service for us and we also saw that she took care of many other guests that needed her help also especially the elderly ones. We think Ms. Hai gives her service from her heart so please convey our special thanks to her. However, we find that the front desk staff are not as friendly as they just put on a superficial smile and they don't really listen and want to help you, maybe you should train them more so that they are able give your guests a more sincere service just like Ms. Hai from the breakfast restaurant. We found one interesting feature when we ordered our food online, its being served by a robot who brings the packed food right in front of our door! Overall experience is a good one. Thank you.

The hotel is well-equipped, especially with a kitchen, so you can cook your own meals when you have time. It's very reassuring. Lucy, the front desk clerk, helped me check in in the afternoon. She was quick and attentive, introduced the surrounding shopping malls and patiently handled some of our inquiries.

Ctrip accidentally turned over, thinking about the mentality of living and watching, I was shocked when I entered the hotel, the walls are surrounded by green plants, and it is really green plants, I can think of it, maintaining these plants every day is very careful, the room is also full of design, the hotel front desk is also enthusiastic to upgrade the room, There is a large bathtub in the room, the bath is very comfortable, the stay experience is very good 👍🏻 will go next time.
Ji Hotel (Hangzhou Huanglong Wensan Road)

The surrounding area is very convenient and the transportation is convenient. The hotel has been aging for a while, the decoration and facilities are aging, but the maintenance is good and the cleaning is very clean. A wall is separated by Wensanjie Elementary School. There will be broadcasts during school hours on weekdays and the sound of playground activities, but after class, weekends and evenings are still very quiet.

I met a client looking for a hotel nearby and the overall experience was very good! Facilities: The hotel lobby is clean and tidy. There is a small book bar next to it, which is very suitable for talking and reading. Hygiene: Whether it is the room or the public area, the hygiene is very clean, especially the bathroom in the room is very conscientious in a business hotel. Environment: The hotel's transportation is very convenient. There is a bus station less than 500 meters away, and there is a subway nearby. It is very close to the business district, and the starting price of a taxi is enough! Service: The service is very good, especially the front desk service. There were quite a lot of people when we arrived at the hotel, and the service staff did not ignore us and told us that we could sit aside and call us later. After a short wait, it was our turn, which was quite fast~ I will stay at this hotel next time I come back, it’s good

Very close to the West Lake, the hotel facilities and equipment are very new, clean and hygienic, the price is right, there is a separate parking lot, the exterior looks very general but the room is still great
West Lake Fangting Garden Hotel (Hangzhou Wulin Square Shentangqiao Subway Station)

This is the hotel with the best service I have ever seen. The TV can cast screens and can be connected to the Internet. The room is large and I have been upgraded for free. The room is more than 40 square meters and has a small yard. It looks good, the bed is very comfortable, and the location is close to the subway station, very good, living in a small alley is also very quiet, I will still live next time I go to Hangzhou
