They gave me a lot of fruit drinks, and the park car responded very quickly, helping to move the luggage to the room. The gym and swimming pool are very good, and the swimming pool also has massage and surfing functions. The Chinese restaurant is very delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the breakfast is also rich. Scenic spot tickets and boat tickets were also provided. The only bad experience was the female staff with glasses in the afternoon tea restaurant. Her attitude was very bad, and she pretended not to hear when she was talked to. She looked away and ran away when she was called. The afternoon tea was delicious, and I couldn't finish it by myself, so I took it away. I asked her to help get a takeaway box, but she ignored me. Later, I told the other two busy staff members that the male staff member took the takeaway box because other guests were busy serving meals. I asked her to help deliver it. As a result, she had nothing on hand and actually told the male staff to give it to her... But she gave me a broken bag, and then she got it again and was very impatient. This kind of work attitude should not appear in such a high-standard hotel restaurant...

However, if the soft hotel services are improved, it can be comparable to the Four Seasons Hotel West Lake and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. It should be the first time that Wanxiang has run a hotel, so everything is very generous. The hotel is called Manor. Generally, the registered names that can use "Manor" and "Manor" need to be worthy of the name. The hotel covers a super large area, with birds singing and flowers blooming, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the scenery is so beautiful. The whole feeling of the West Lake State Guesthouse, desperately breathing oxygen, exhaling the old and absorbing the new is right. It's just that the villa is a little far from the front desk restaurant and so on. You have to take a shuttle bus every time, which is a little inconvenient to travel. The design of the hotel is the design company of many top luxury hotels of Elephant Company (seemingly). [Hotel Service] The housekeepers and hotel staff are very considerate and responsive. However, the service of the concierge and catering depar**ents is average, not enthusiastic and proactive enough. The main reason is that there is no management of an international hotel group, and there is still a lack of training. Villa guests can enjoy various drinks, fruits, and snacks at the front desk for free. They are all Sam's things, with quality assurance and very real. But it lacks a little bit of the luxury of a luxury hotel. The birthday cake is very thoughtful and delicious, even better than the welcome cakes I had at St. Regis Macau and Wynn Palace. Anyway, the price-performance ratio is amazing. I hope I can come again in the future! ! But don't arrange a villa too close to the inside, it is indeed a bit inconvenient to travel. Everything else is perfect, the hotel is generous and responsive! It is worth recommending to friends who like staycation and don't like to go out.

We were upgraded to a superior suite, which is the tallest one in the villa area. It has a large living room, a large terrace, and a large balcony. It's great. The service attitude is friendly, and takeaways can be delivered to the room. When checking out, the shuttle bus driver came to the door to help take the box.

Knowing that I like to make tea, they also prepared enough mineral water. In short, Xiaoyao Manor is a trustworthy and luxury hotel worth visiting often.

This May Day holiday trip was in response to 👦's request. The weather was good and the environment was quiet and pleasant. The housekeeper helped arrange the right room type. The children liked the different styles of rooms very much. There was a large flow of people during the May Day holiday, and many guests checked in. We are already very familiar with Xiangyuan. We have been here four or five times from last summer vacation to this year. The service and environment of the staff are as good as always. It's just that the staff should be too busy in the breakfast service, and they can't keep up with the pace of cleaning the table. The overall feeling of staying is still good. The room has an outdoor terrace, but the terrace is not private enough. People walking around can see it. Be sure to draw the curtains. Suggestion: There is a lack of relevant signboards for villa handling when I come up from the parking lot. I arrived at the lobby and went to the front desk to handle it. The staff found out that it was a villa and took me to the book bar. The breakfast is not rich enough. This price should be benchmarked against the international five-star breakfast level. The weather was bad this time and it rained, so I played in the hotel. Xianghu Lake was not well visited. I look forward to brushing the hotel again and playing around again.
