It's really average. I only blame myself for not seeing the star rating clearly. The stairs are steep and high, not suitable for the elderly and children. One room has no window, which is boring. There are no bedside tables on either side of the double bed, which is actually a washing machine. It's just an apar**ent, not a hotel.

This so-called hotel is actually a guest house. The only advantage is that it is cheap. First of all, the hygiene aspect is really unbearable. There are all kinds of hair and dust hidden in the corners upstairs. The dining table must have not been wiped for a while. Secondly, let’s talk about service. There is no service. As a hotel, there is no problem in waking users up for rest. In turn, they blame users. Moreover, the sound of the doorbell is strange. If the doorbell next door rings, it will definitely disturb the adjacent room. Third, the hotel staff, except for the store manager, are completely rude and lack basic qualities. Fourth, the air conditioner in the bedroom is directly facing the bed and cannot be adjusted at all. I can only sleep hot, which is really painful for the weather in Hangzhou. The pillows were unusable, so we put our clothes on our pillows. All of the above can only be said to be a terrible staying experience. The only thing that comforted me was that there was a track and basketball court in the community downstairs.

整體非常滿意，有家的感覺，住起來很舒適。酒店有兩層，有獨立的客廳，小廚房，兩個卧室，小書房，兩個衞生間。微波爐，燒水壺，冰箱，洗衣機，電視都有。 美中不足是電熱水器，洗澡一次衹能洗一個人，冬天熱水不夠用，燒水等待時間比較長。另外就是衞生間下水道會反出臭味。 前台的服務員小哥哥很熱情，而且很禮貌，每次見面都會都會主動站起來打招呼。

總體環境很不錯，有一種家的感覺。服務很不錯，提供零食和水果，晚上還提供了夜宵，早晨走時還提供了伴手禮。整體感覺不錯。

整體很滿意。早餐很豐盛，口味也非常符合，酒店設施也很完備，服務態度很好，乾淨整潔，交通也非常方便，很推薦！

性價比很高。一樓客廳空間很大，二樓卧室也不賴。
