A great staying experience. I admit that I am very picky about hotel hygiene. I usually look at the corners of the room and the hygiene of the toilet first. This hotel is impeccable. The environment around the Qiaoqiao office is integrated with the houses, as if this is not a hotel, but a thatched house in a green environment. There are grass, trees and bamboos in front of the house, each with its own beauty, and the beauty is shared. Among the hotels, Turtle Lake is the closest, followed by Yuhu Bay. We went there on the day we checked in and the next day. It was a very quiet place. The staff at the hotel are very enthusiastic. I often have to trouble the staff when I have something to do. For example, when it gets dark when I come back from a photo shoot, I have to ask the staff to help me. When they come to pick me up, they will bring me Huoxiang Zhengqi. Water, really! The Jie Xianglou I experienced during this period tasted great. I couldn’t taste the many layers and textures anyway, so it was just delicious! I booked the afternoon tea at Sanyan Pavilion. The location of the resort is very good. There are many scenic spots around. The rooms are located in the mountains, rivers and forests, with birds singing and flowers fragrant. There are mountains and water, and there is no noisy sound. The scenery is extremely beautiful and the air is very good. It is very suitable for vacation! After the reservation, the room steward immediately added WeChat to inform the scenic area of ​​vehicle restrictions and other relevant conditions, and helped to make reservations for the Chinese dinner at Xianglou and the afternoon tea at Sanyan Pavilion! When the check-in day is approaching, the housekeeper will give another warm reminder. After getting off the car and arriving at the entrance of the resort, the resort will arrange for staff to greet me at the door, help me check in, send me to the room, and explain in detail the location and use of the items in the room. It is very considerate and meticulous. Be patient! The afternoon tea is really amazing. The appearance and taste are first-class and impeccable. The staff will patiently explain each delicacy, so considerate! Dinner is also very good, with great taste and good looks. The restaurant staff will also introduce each dish. If you want to drink wine or tea, the staff will make suggestions based on the customer's preferences, and also provide some snacks, drinks and Gift, great! The breakfast the next day was also very delicious. The xiaolongbao and milk were very delicious. Anyway, whether it was Chinese or French, they were all delicious! When leaving the hotel, there are also staff members who will escort customers to the resort entrance! Every staff member at the resort treats customers like family members and provides excellent service in all aspects! Arriving at the resort feels like coming home! If I go to Hangzhou later, if conditions permit, I will book a stay again! For friends with sufficient budget, you can consider staying and experience it, I believe you will not be disappointed!

I have to say that Relais & Chateaux products are all top-notch! The hotel service is excellent, the environment is very quiet, and the food at Jie Xiang Lou is really delicious! When I got home, the hotel even delivered aromatherapy to me! Really thoughtful!

This is my second stay. Because it rained some time ago, the suite I originally booked was under maintenance, so I was upgraded to the Wenqiaochu Villa. The housekeeper contacted me many days in advance and helped me book the dinner at the Xianglou. The hotel is next to the Turtle Pond in the West Lake Scenic Area, and the scenery is very beautiful. In fact, you can walk around the hotel area more, and you can also take a rowing boat to tour the Turtle Pond, which is more pleasant.

The location is very good, the semi-open space is for traveling with elders, and we booked dinner at Xianglou, and we were very satisfied. It was a trip of eating, drinking and shopping. Drinking in the room at night, the hotel's cooperative craft beer is super delicious. There are three breakfast options: Chinese, Western and Japanese. The Japanese taste is the best and the quantity is large. After breakfast, we slowly lined up to take a rowing boat and visit West Lake
