酒店服務很好很規範，居住舒適，環境好，地理位置很方便，到西湖不遠，離浙一特別近。房間做了免費升級，寬敞舒適，窗子一開陽光灑進來也是很舒服。枕頭稍有點太軟。房間安靜，休息質量好，房間隔音還不錯。酒店沒有早點，但是周邊吃早點也挺方便

這是我住過衞生最差的酒店，房間要繞來繞去才能到，到房間裏的衞生更是讓我刷新底線，毛髮沒清理乾淨，紗窗上一層灰，空調出風口全是灰塵，牆上全是裂縫，洗澡的時候不僅地漏下不去水，要手動把蓋子拿起來才能下水，熱水也是忽冷忽熱，大冬天洗個澡真的是痛苦得還不如不洗，服務也差，每天打掃完房間不放礦泉水的，要叫了才拿上來。

房間電視故障，打總枱電話説馬上派師傅來維修，等20幾分鐘還沒有來維修，再打電話問説維修師傅沒有空，要等半小時，這服務真無語衞生間門鎖壞，牆面發黴，窗户的紗窗破！
