This hotel has a great location - making it feel you are in a nature park. I lived the rooms with the wide opening windows. Makes you feel like you are sleeping with in nature. Seriously a great place if you visit Hangzhou.

Situated in a very quiet enclave. Room is spacious enough. There are numerous books for reading as well.

Lovely hotel , in room coffee machine is a nice touch but only 2 pods provided, very little info available on ordering room service (2 pages of a folder hidden in a drawer) but if you can get some it's delivered by a robot. Breakfast is basic but fine, I would not pay extra for the breakfast but mine was included

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was exceptionally clean. The kids play area could be a little bigger and better marked, i couldn't find it and had to ask at the front desk. The breakfast was a standard Chinese breakfast, expected a bit more variety especially with this level of hotel. Overall, it was a great stay and the location was quite convenient

I came to Hangzhou with my two children and stayed in three hotels. This is the one I am most satisfied with.
Xixi is just downstairs, and it takes only three to five minutes to walk there. It is also not far from Lingyin Temple and West Lake.
The room is large and the design is very interesting. I booked a twin room, and the two beds are big enough together.
The service is warm. I brought my child with me, and the girl in the lobby helped me get the stroller.
The breakfast is simple, with few things, but it is enough to eat, but it is convenient to take out nearby.

The room was nice, with a terrace. The hotel has a large library, which is perfect for taking photos. The front desk attendant Z had a good service attitude.
