The room I booked was a preferred single room, but they gave me a special offer (the room they gave me on the same day was cheaper than what I booked). And they didn't give me any explanation for staying for three days. No matter what room type, the first floor doesn't see the sun.
No windows and damp. The room is poorly soundproofed.
I could hear noises even when I went upstairs. The TV next door was on all night, so it was too clear.
There were bugs on the bed.
