我們被安排在15樓 我們到杭州辦理入住估計凌晨4點半了！14樓在裝（如下視頻）修應該不是第一天裝修了 給我們安排了個房間巨吵！週六早上7點多開始裝修！我男朋友問能不能換房間 對方態度很不好 跟我們説不能換房間！！！説送耳塞也一直沒送 氣得我男朋友跟服務人員大吵一架後我在打電話過去強烈要求換個房間 才給安排的換房間 15 樓千萬別住 造孽啊！！體驗感很不好！！希望你們謹慎入住該酒店！多看評論！！

前台小哥哥小姐姐服務超級好，房間設施和衞生還行，有免費早餐，總體還是可以的。唯一不足的是遇到電梯檢修，4部電梯關了3部，據説得到5月份檢修好。上下電梯時間等得有點久

設施：房間很不錯，面積大，光線很好，很明亮。
衞生：衞生打掃的很乾凈，桌子也很乾凈，衞生間沒有異味，很不錯。
環境：周邊吃飯的地方很多，有很多沒事，很方便，交通十分便捷，離公交和地鐵站也不遠，走路十幾分鍾，就當鍛鍊身體了，周圍還有公園，可以散散步呀，很不錯的。
服務：服務態度不錯，五星級好評，前台長得好看，説話也好聽，挑不出毛病。
