Xixi Runzeyuan Hotel

I have been to this hotel before and it feels quite quiet. It is convenient to take the subway and is also very close to Xixi Wetland. However, this time I met a Suzhou tour group that was very speechless. There were many uncles and aunts. The breakfast was like being snatched, and even the tea was included. Eggs had to be packed. When I went to eat, all the white porridge and tea-leaf egg and meat buns were sold out. Even at 12.15 in the morning, the door to the next door room was open and they were chatting loudly. The smell of cigarettes filled the entire corridor, even at the door of the bathroom in my room. It's the smoke smell from next door. I don't know if the hotel room is non-smoking. If smoking is prohibited, it's amazing that such a strong smoke smell didn't trigger the fire sprinkler.

The hotel is located in a school, five minutes from the Gaozhuang entrance of Xixi Wetland and three minutes from the Huawu exit of Metro Line 3, with convenient transportation. It is not far from Lingyin and West Lake scenic spots, and there are large shopping malls nearby. Overall it's equivalent to a four-star level and very cost-effective.

Originally, I saw good reviews of this hotel on Ctrip, so I decided to book this hotel against all odds. Unexpectedly, I was very disappointed after checking in. There were almost no guests in the hotel when I checked in, so the breakfast on the first day only had a set meal, plus noodles or wontons. Although there were no guests, I was told that it had been upgraded when I checked in. The room 3065 I was given was very small, not even 32 square meters, and it was adjacent to the terrace of the next room. I applied to change back to the holiday twin room I booked for ¥317/day, but the actual room was very different from the picture. Room 2066 was arranged, facing south, with a view of Huajiang Road and a little noise. But I really can’t see any “landscape”. I really don't know that there are not many guests in the whole hotel, so they can't give me a real garden view room. I am too lazy to change again and will never stay there again. And when I went down to change my room card, my attitude was very cold, as if I owed more than I needed. Moreover, the room was freezing and it took a long time to turn on the air conditioner to warm it up. It will be warmer when I go back to the room at night, so I feel a little better. There were many guests for breakfast on the second day, and a buffet breakfast was opened. It was much better than the breakfast on the first day, and there were more choices. This is not like a hotel, but more like a guest house for an employer. The advantage is that it is relatively safe and hygienic. It is said that this is the internship base for the hotel management major of Vientiane Vocational School. Why is it so unprofessional?

The environment and location at this price are really cost-effective. It is only about 400 meters away from Xixi Wetland. The hotel design is very grand, and there is a large public terrace on the third floor, which is very good. Breakfast is also very rich.

The breakfast buffet is rich in varieties, suitable for both Chinese and Western food. It is not far from the subway station, but it is still more suitable for self-driving. The car can be parked in the underground parking lot. The site is spacious and easy to enter and exit. The location of the hotel is relatively in the suburbs. It happens to be a self-driving trip in spring, which is very suitable for self-driving rest. A hotel worth living again. It is only a dozen kilometers away from the West Lake by car. Driving to Lingyin Temple, Longjing Village, and Hupao Spring are only a few kilometers away. It is within walking distance from the southwest gate of Xixi Wetland. If you stay in the same room for one more day, the price will increase a little more than the previous day.

The check-in experience is quite good. The lobby manager, Manager Gu, saw us take the initiative to ask if we were here for tourism. He could tell us about the current travel restrictions in Hangzhou and the places to visit around. It is a very nice hotel. It is a few hundred meters away from Xixi Wetland High Zhuang Entrance, next time I come to stay at this hotel, there is a group dining for breakfast, and the restaurant can replenish food in time, the auntie at the noodle stall is very polite to help us cook, last time I stayed at another hotel nearby, the service attitude is not good , Give you a thumbs up!

The room is small, there is no toothbrush and comb, and the facilities are at most three-star level. Fortunately, the location is good, not far from the subway station and wetlands. Breakfast is self-service, there are not many types, but the taste is okay, three-star level.
