This is my second time staying at Pagoda Hotel. I was not disappointed. Both the environment and service are very good. They even gave me a few more bottles of mineral water when they knew I brought my baby. It was very considerate. The breakfast was also very thoughtful. I will continue to choose Pagoda Hotel for my next trip (gift: fridge magnets when checking out 👍👍)

Environment: 1st to 4th floor is the restaurant. The hotel has only three elevators, which are shared by the staff and the restaurant. Downstairs is a hospital, and sometimes there will be sirens. Facilities: The room is quite large, the minibar has a wide variety of drinks, and the lights and TV can be controlled by voice. The air conditioner was under maintenance in early May and could not be used, which made the room a bit stuffy. Hygiene: The welcome fruit may have spoiled due to the hot weather. Service: The service was very good and the feedback was promptly resolved and the solution was also satisfactory.

The room is smart and well designed. It is new and clean. The kids like it very much. The breakfast is very rich. There is a self-service laundry room and a gym. The front desk staff is also very friendly and the service is thoughtful. I am very satisfied~

The location of the hotel is convenient in all aspects, the price/performance ratio is good, and the breakfast is also good. The room is big enough. But the shower room is not good. There is no countertop partition to put your own things, and the door is not tight, and the water flows outside when taking a shower. It happens every time. The service attitude is good.

The room design is quite good, and the room was upgraded for free. The breakfast is quite rich, with both Chinese and Western food, and the taste is good. The waiters are very warm and polite, especially Xiao Sun. They also serve afternoon tea, which is very considerate.
