Service: The hotel service is considerate and responsive. The hotel has its own fleet of vehicles, with free pick-up and drop-off within 2-3 kilometers of the hotel. Environment: The hotel is in a quiet corner next to the lively Liulang Singying, adjacent to the West Lake, with exclusive lake views, and Leifeng Pagoda is in front of you. Inside the hotel is the Imperial Garden of the Song Dynasty. History is around you and it is so beautiful. Hygiene: Hygiene is very good and very clean. Facilities: The facilities are complete and considerate, the hotel supplies are of good quality, and the bedding is very comfortable.

The resort is beyond expectation. It’s located right next to the famous West Lake with its own stunning garden. We found out from the tour (4pm daily - highly recommended) that the smooth and sophisticated Long Jing green tea in our room is grown right at the backyard of the hotel, making the legit “West Lake” Long Jing tea - #1 top 10 Chinese teas. staffs are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the classic Chinese style. Everything in resort, from each drawer in the room to each flower in the garden, is extremely well thought-out. No wonder it is chosen to be the official resort to host guests (Barack Obama, Lee Hsien Loong, etc.) for G20 and Asian Games. We’ll certainly come back!

It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

Though the entrance was a bit difficult to find, it's a really small but neat hotel, located across from West Lake. My room was small, but very comfortable, and had all the basic amenities and even some special added features like an automatic toilet and a very BIG tv. There was even a patio attached to the room. The hotel also smelled EXTREMELY good and the staff were very helpful and polite. The food selection was purely Chinese style and didn't have many choices. It would be better to find a restaurant to have a better breakfast.

Excellent location, 3 min walk to Hefang Street. Barely any facilities though. Rooms were clean enough, but there is lingering smoke smell from the exhaust fans in the toilet. Shower was good. Annoying thing was that every time you walk into the room and insert your keycard, the TV switches on and plays really loud music which we had to turn off every time. Great check in and check out times though :) Not many places to get on a Didi / taxi, since there isn't a driveway, so you need to be fast when ordering a taxi.

She support with 100% enthusiastic, and some suggestions about restaurants with good food. One more thing, we were surprised to leave a tip for the housekeeping staff but they thought we forgot the money and Joyce found us to return it. It so cute.

They said that there were key people in this unit. They were on duty, because it was during the two sessions. Maintain stability. I took a key and mashed it for a long time, but I didn’t find the hole. I called the customer service and said that the password forgot to send it. Okay, enter the password and enter.
