Radisson Hangzhou Qianjiang

The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was there for a concert and it's quite close to the 'Xiao Lian Hua' (small lotus stadium/venue). It's also very convenient to get around by subway.

My family came to visit, so I booked a room at the Radisson Blu Bodhi Hotel nearby. It was pretty good, even though we arrived late at night. It's a shame I booked a package with a meal included but didn't get to use it. I'll have to try it next time!

Facilities: Generally mid-to-high end. Cleanliness: Relatively clean. Environment: Aside from needing to switch elevators from the first floor to the room, it was good. Service: The service was excellent and made up for other minor issues. First, they upgraded our room. Then, when I forgot my charger, Max very thoughtfully helped me retrieve it, for which I am very grateful.

I've stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Hangzhou Bodi Center many times when visiting Hangzhou. I really appreciate Lobby Manager Lily who always helps us arrange our room in advance. The hotel staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast selection is extensive. The hotel facilities are clean, and transportation is very convenient. There's also a FamilyMart and Lawson nearby, making shopping easy. Next time I'm in Hangzhou, I'll definitely stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Bodi Center again. Thoughtful Service & Convenient Choice Mia at the front desk was warm and professional. Upon check-in, she proactively informed me about the hotel's late-night snack event and gave a detailed explanation of the surrounding area. She even added me on WeChat to answer any questions, which was incredibly thoughtful! The hotel is right next to the Hangzhou International Expo Center, within walking distance, and there's a snack street and convenience store downstairs, making late-night food incredibly accessible. The room was clean, tidy, and offered an expansive view. It's great value for money, perfect for business trips or exhibition visits. I'll definitely be back!

Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel Hangzhou Qianjiang New City again, it's very suitable for business trips in Qianjiang Century City. The room cleaning is meticulous, the space is spacious, and the resting environment is quiet. It's directly accessible from Exit C of Yingfeng Road Station on Metro Line 2. The rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent soundproofing, and the bedding is soft, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The response is timely, and any requests or communication are handled properly. I was especially satisfied with Eva's service. Breakfast is served at Yunshang Cafe on the second floor. The 5th floor has a well-equipped swimming pool and gym. The overall service is stable and the facilities are complete. Highly recommended for business travelers.
