まずフロントの方々の印象がとても良かったです。言葉選びからも誠実に対応して頂いたと感じました。
立地も悪くなかったです。車利用の旅行だった為、駅までの距離はわかりませんが、商業施設が近くにあったので食事も買い物も出来て便利でした。
アメニティを選べるサービスは楽しかったです。
ウエルカムドリンクに子供が喜んでました。
朝食バイキングの利用もしましたが、品数は決して多くはありませんがお値段的に満足いくものでした。
スタッフの方の対応もとても良かったです。
また浜松に行く際は、こちらにまた来たいなと思えるホテルです。

エアフェスタ浜松で利用させていただきました。
フロントの対応や説明も丁寧で良かったです。
清掃も行き届いていてアメニティも揃っています。
シャワーのフックがグラグラだったのが唯一残念なところです。
クルマなら問題ありませんが徒歩の場合駅からの距離がちょっと微妙かなという事で立地と施設の評価が4になりましたが機会があれば是非また利用したいと思います。

Os quartos são pequenos e a cama de casal tamanho normal! Estava bem limpo. O café da manhã achei fraco e tivemos um inconveniente já tarde da noite porque o alarme de incêndio disparou 3 vezes durante a noite! E ninguém sequer da recepção foi até o andar ver o que estava acontecendo,achei descaso!!!

何度もこちらのホテルを利用してます。一番はじめに利用した時の部屋の間取りが良くて、気に入ってます。ただ、一番はじめに宿泊した部屋以外は、正直なところテレビの配置や鏡、コンセントが少な過ぎる点など、不自由に感じました。ユニット式のタイプじゃない部屋が最初の利用した部屋だったので、別部屋はほぼユニットでした。便座が汚くて不快に感じました。喫煙可の部屋は気に入ってますが、換気扇が無いのが、不思議でした。あと、駐車場が毎回、停めれず不便で仕方ない。部屋数より少ない駐車数ってどういうことなんだろう？って、毎回思う。わざわざ、ホテル近くの駐車場に駐車して、更に駐車代もかかるし、意味がわからないです。改善してほしいです。
