I had a very good time in Hakuba, staff in this hotel are so kind. They serve good food as well. It’s a very comfortable place. Ray kept helping us on different things, very considerate. He did his best to fulfill our needs, thanks you very much. I wish to stay there for more days, highly recommended.

A beautiful tucked away spot in Hakuba! The surrounding forest was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of the main resorts. About 15min walk to Goryu or they can take you in the shuttle. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and accommodated for, also a lovely spot focusing around keeping your dogs happy and taken care of. Spacious cabin feel and a decent restaurant with some nice options :) I would recommend this to anyone visiting in the winter or summer

宿泊施設自体はとても良かったです。
ですが冬は薪ストーブがないと寒かったです。
薪ストーブ用の木が別料金(1500円)としてかかるので泊まる方は注意して下さい。

コテージ型の宿です。コテージの前に車を駐車。客の名前とペットの名前が書かれたプレートが出迎えてくれた。すべてのコテージでベッドもレストランも全ての場所でペットOKになっています。コテージ自体は、経年変化あり決して新しいものでは有りませんが、きちんと清掃され、欲しいものは揃っていた。ペット関係のアメニティーも殆ど揃っていて、不便がありません。 フロントやレストランで出会ったスタッフは、皆さんお若くても親切で優しい方ばかりで、気持ちよかったです。 食事は溶岩焼きで予約。肉はとてもおいしかったけど…少々品数が足りなくも感じました。腹八分目でちょうど良いとも言えるかもですが…朝食は特に佃煮系が多く、白米を食べない私にはちょっと向かないメニューでした。 リピートは有りですね。
