The hotel was good for it’s location, cleanliness and service. Easy to book and stay, but hard to communicate because of no english. Room was wide, which is suitable for families to stay.

Facilities: Completely modern design. The painting in the living room is very photogenic (unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo). The only thing is the mineral water. It would be perfect if it was placed in the living room.
Health environment: very good

I drove from Haikou and arrived at the hotel after 1 o'clock in the evening. The room used an electric water heater. I had to boil water temporarily to have hot water for bathing. The water heater in room 309 was still broken. This is my first time to give a bad review to a hotel. If I wasn't too tired. Yes...it must be replaced. The worst experience ever. The hotel has not been fully renovated and officially opened. Only a few rooms are open. Most floors are being renovated. Even though the decoration is noisy, the smell of formaldehyde is still strong. I am the only one on the floor I live on. I got a room, but no one else was there. When I woke up in the morning, the corridor was dark with no lights on. I was a little scared. There was no phone number in the room or a hair dryer. There was no food nearby downstairs. There was no free parking when staying in the hotel. There were about a dozen I was charged 60 yuan for hourly parking. I don’t know if this is a disguised charge.

先説好的就是房間蠻大的 配了冰箱蠻有用的 別的我想不到了 再來説説為什麼給差評 酒店屬於新的高檔樓盤周邊配套還沒做好所以很不方便 普通便利店都要走很遠 還有本來訂這裡是看到離日月廣場很近 結果走路也要20分鐘 最糟糕的就是床上用品不乾淨 我常年出差在外的人第一次睡到過敏全身癢 背部和屁股都是紅點 一整晚都沒睡隔天早早就退房了 然後就是廁所反味 很重的尿騷味這個應該是裝修問題 退房的時候跟前台説一下遇到的問題前台小姐姐回覆我應該是我自己過敏跟他們沒關係 因為以前沒有人反應過 我也衹能説好吧
