I stayed there for one night on a round trip in South Korea with a Group pf about 20 People. The hotel was excellent, centrally located in the city The breakfast was very good, the room was nice, with good colors and all necessary toilet articles. The bed was very good with many options, and the surroundings was quiet. Although the people at reception didnt know much english, they were really friendly and patient. Value for money. Located on the road from the main street. Walking distance from Youth Square (bus terminal). However, you need to cross the pedestrian or pedestrian bridge. There is little noise. You can hear a little sound in the corridor or the next room. Although there are kimchi, it is not a special luxury, and it is thought that it is about breakfast of a business hotel in the prefectural office of Japan. It is unknown whether it was because it graded up, but there was a massage chair with a clothing dryer (unknown because it is Hangul notation). I walked quite a lot every day, so it was the best if there was a bathtub. There is a convenience store diagonally opposite the entrance, and I think the necessary things will be arranged outside. On the other hand, it was a pity that there was no explanation at the time of check-in only by the explanation of the place of breakfast.

But I don't know why, the soundproofing of the bathroom is very poor, and the sound of the toilet paper in the rest of the room can be heard. The door of the bathroom is a glass door, even if the bathroom door is closed, the light is still very bright. Breakfast is very simple, except for bread and rice, which are eggs, sausages, and kimchi. Drinks only juice, coffee, and milk (cold).

I went small trip and stayed hotel myself. The hotel looks bit old but fine location. It was bit noisy, still okay in the middle of the city. However, cleanliness was poor because I saw short hair everyday that wasn't mine and I was smelled terribly weird thing when I turned on the air-condition.

Was there for 4 days during a business trip. The place is basic and the rooms are tiny which was not surprising for the cost, so a good deal in all honesty. The only qualm i have is around the breakfast buffet, if you are not fond of Korean food (really??) then it's going to be tough. Beds are comfy and there are convenient USB slots/wires to charge equipment/phones etc. There are tons of food joints just a short walk away and Lotte world within close proximity.

The manager of the Motel is a local and awkward brother, who likes to collect the Korean dollar cash settlement fee. The biggest trouble was that when the hotel was fixed, the telephone number provided was incorrect, which made it difficult to find the residence by taxi. The correct telephone number (062) 3750033. The accommodation is very good, clean, one floor, some construction behind, but it does not affect anything, the bathroom is good, and the supplies are available. Near the subway station, it is also convenient to the bustling Cultural Palace Station (Myeong-dong, Gwangju). It is also convenient to KTX from Gwangju Pine Ting Station. It takes about 2 hours to go to Seoul and costs about 300 RMB. It is not far from the bus terminal in Gwangju.
