It was our first time in Florida! The hotel was right across from dining, grocery shopping and near the beach. We would visit again!

The only complaint was the pool was supposed to be heated and it was freezing. Other wise highly recommend this place for a stay.

I LOVE staying at this hotel. It’s the second time I’ve booked here. When I was returning to Pensacola on a solo vacation I knew I had to stay here again.
I also LOVE the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they put in the shower.

I liked the fact that where my room was located at the end of the first floor hallway, there was an outside access door that we could go in safely. I parked close to the end of the building where I knew my room was at and was able to go inside easily instead of walking through the front lobby and walking all the way down to the end of the hallway. I was having surgery at the Andrew's Institute and my wife had to help me get in and out of the vehicle and having access to this door made it a lot easier for her to get me to the room. My wife needed a wheelchair for me to get me to our room when we got back from the surgery and the staff were very nice and accommodating to let her borrow it. Overall it was a very nice stay and definitely would stay there again if need be.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My only issue is I didn’t get to stay longer.

I had a very comfortable stay overall the room was nice. The room quiet and bed comfortable. Some draws and containers like the ice bucket and things had not been cleaned, for example other people's hair in them. I was disappointed that a bottle of water was not available in the room.
Breakfast selection was not great, but I did appreciate the sausage egg and cheese muffins
