The hotel is centrally located in the midst of many food, shopping and transport choice. Service staff is really sincere and helpful. There’s are shared mini kitchen, washing machines/dryers/irons and umbrellas for guests to use. The hotel is perfect for free and easy travellers/friends/couple and travellers looking to enjoy and soak in sights flexibly. It is in a block where there are other businesses and travellers can be confused by a need to take a lift to the 31st floor where the lobby and check in is. Ask around and it’s easy to get to the lifts. Thank you to the hotel and nice staff for a very pleasant stay!

There is nothing to say about the service of the hotel, I am very satisfied with it, and the environment of the hotel is particularly good. I am very satisfied with the stay experience this time! The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making travel easy. The room was clean and tidy, with good sound insulation, and I had a good night's rest. The bathroom facilities are complete and there is ample hot water supply. The staff member Xiao Xu was very friendly and the check-in and check-out were very quick. The breakfast has a wide variety and tastes moderate, but it is enough to meet the needs. The price/performance ratio is very high. It was a pleasant stay experience and is worth recommending!

Highly recommend. Excellent hotel in excellent location near center of Guiyang. The receptionists were very friendly and supportive. I got a room on the 22th floor , and the view is amazing. The room has a large clean bath tub , which is nice for soaking . Excellent comfy bed. Laundry machine (for washing clothes) is available and free . Morning: Breakfast is delicious The room is spacious, clean. The hotel is located within 8 minute walk from the closest Metro Station. PS. Bottled water is complimentary. Overall, excellent hotel that I highly recommend.

The best thing is the service is very good. It was very cold outside on a rainy day. When checking in, a bottle of preheated water was handed over, which was very warm. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was also great 😎. I will stay at his place again next time.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

This time, I stayed at the Totoro Elf Hotel, and the experience was great! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, it was like stepping into the fairy world in a fairy tale. There were cute Totoro elements everywhere, murals, dolls, and full details. The children were very happy. The room was warm and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and the facilities were complete. It was super safe to live in. The hotel service was even better. The front desk was warm and thoughtful, responsive, and they also prepared children's exclusive toiletries. Here, the whole family had an unforgettable time, highly recommended!

We were very happy with this hotel in Guiyang. All the receptionists were friendly and helpful. Our hotel room’s price did not include breakfast but we decided to pay extra for the tasty & many options breakfast.

The decoration, environment and service of the hotel are very good, and there are shopping malls and Ayunduo Warehouse around, which makes eating, drinking and having fun very convenient! The hotel has a laundry room, and self-service laundry is very convenient. The breakfast selection is also very rich, and the unlimited supply of fruits and strawberries 🍓 is really cool, and the waffles 🧇 are also delicious! Breakfast is really satisfying! Finally, the service of Xiaoxia at the front desk is really great. Because it is checked in in the morning, the room is arranged in advance, and the invoice is issued. Next time I come to Guiyang, this will be the first choice!

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence.
