Holiday Inn Express Properties in Guiyang

This hotel is quite good, and it's close to the high-speed rail station. Being newly opened, both the soft and hard facilities are relatively new. The mini-fridge is well-stocked with drinks, including sodas, mineral water, and coffee. The front desk service is excellent, and breakfast is quite extensive. It's a great choice for business trips, tourism, or even a staycation.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express by the Fountains in Guiyang for a business trip, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for taxis, finding food, and exploring the shopping district. The soundproofing in the room was excellent; I was able to sleep soundly all night, despite being in the bustling city center. The room was cleaned meticulously, and the bedding was soft and conforming, making for a very relaxing sleep. The fresh air system in the room operated steadily, keeping the air fresh and not stuffy. The front desk staff were attentive and patient, making check-in efficient and quick, and responding promptly to my daily needs. The buffet breakfast offered a good mix of local flavors and standard options; the authentic Guiyang noodles were delicious, and the food was replenished quickly, so dishes never ran empty. The self-service laundry and drying facilities are perfect for long-term business travelers, making daily laundry very convenient. The attention to detail truly shines through. It's well-suited for both business travel and short leisure trips, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again on future visits to Guiyang.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic – super convenient for shopping and getting around by taxi, plus it's very close to the subway. They also have self-service ice cream, popcorn, and 24-hour coffee. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and handled check-in and check-out quickly. They patiently answered all my questions and provided attentive service throughout. They even gave me a really cute mini fridge magnet when I checked out!

The location is extremely convenient, and the cleanliness is good. However, the soundproofing in the room is terrible; I could hear people moving around, opening doors, and dragging things next door all night. The breakfast was really sub-par, with the fewest options I've ever seen at a Holiday Inn Express. And to top it off, the Western restaurant didn't even have butter knives or regular knives! I had no idea how to spread butter on my toasted bread! Eventually, a staff member had to go to the storage room to get some. Despite all this, the service attitude was still good.
