5 Star Hotels in Guiyang

Thank you to the housekeeper Mia for her warm and considerate service, which made our stay at Anantara feel warm. The lady learned that it was the child's birthday and helped us upgrade the room, decorated the room and sent a small cake. She kept asking about our needs and reminding us of the hotel's activity time. The other staff of the hotel were also very nice, and the service can be regarded as the ceiling of Guiyang Hotel. The hotel is not big, but the indoor and outdoor scenery are very good. It should be more beautiful in spring and summer. The swimming pool is well heated and the water temperature is suitable. Children can also swim in winter. It is a good choice for those who want to take children to play in the water but are worried that the hot spring hotel is easy to get sick due to the large number of people. A small suggestion, the children's playground is relatively small. If the hotel has more children's recreational facilities, it should be more attractive to guests who have weekend tours around, especially parent-child tours, during the non-tourist peak season.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

We had one night stay in Kempinski. The hotel lobby was stunning with very nice designs. Our room was spacious and clean, the city views at night from the windows were just magnificent. The business lounge was on level 53 (top floor), which offered guests free afternoon tea, light dinner, and night drinks. Every staff member we met was very polite and friendly. Finally, I wish to say special thanks to the reception staff Kevin, who serviced us very patiently and professionally. We will be back surely and see you again!

Room: Stayed on the 27th floor in one of the executive rooms and it definitely was not executive. Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

During this comfortable holiday, I chose Hilton as my hotel. When I arrived, the butler Frank had already carefully arranged the room for me. The meticulous and thoughtful service was amazing. What surprised me even more was that I received a carefully prepared welcome fruit. Hilton's service is really good.

Before we checked in, the thoughtful Weini housekeeper contacted me in advance to ask about the check-in requirements and prepare. 🌹Weini also arrived at the hotel entrance in advance to receive us, making us feel like we were at home. The hotel is in a prime location, close to Xiputuo Temple, Fanhuali, Yunlou, Guanshanhu Park, etc. The hotel's service is even more praiseworthy. Every morning, Weini housekeeper will send the weather conditions of the day, send ㊗️ blessing words, and will respond to our needs in time. After the child came, the climate was not adapted, and Weini sent a humidifier in time, and sent fruit every day. It really feels like home. My family said it was a warm place to stay, so they chose to stay for another night😊. The children were reluctant to return😜. The hotel's indoor swimming pool was clean and sanitary, and the children liked it very much. In short, there are too many excellent aspects of the hotel and its employees. The best five-star hotel in Guiyang has been open for more than ten years, and its appearance is amazing. Standing by Guanshan lake, the service is first-class, and I feel the enthusiasm of Guiyang people. On my friend's birthday, the hotel specially prepared surprise room layout, afternoon tea, Chinese restaurant, western restaurant, comfortable environment and complete dishes. Because of a lot of luggage, my colleagues in the concierge department helped me carry my luggage several times. When I left, my sister at the front desk borrowed a power supply for me because my mobile phone was broken. When I first wrote a comment, I was moved and warm by my colleagues and friends at Hyatt Guiyang. Thank Christine, Fanny and all my colleagues for their hard work. I suggest you, especially after 00 o'clock, stay in Hyatt Regent Hotel and cancel all family accommodation and online red hotel. Although dated .. still rather comfortable .  We were given high tea upon arriving . Great breakfast catering for both oriental  and western . Mr Ting  丁, serves and speaks  English at breakfast room … saving my husband ( 老外) from adding sour cream into his cereal !  One disappointment with the Cantonese restaurant . The roast platter was full of fatty meat . But the manager was very kind , upon complain and us not eating it , he took the price off the bill .  Will still recommend .

One word to describe our stay at Maison Albar is spectacular. We received spectacular service, spectacular food and got upgraded to a spectacular room. Our concierge Alex, greeted us with warm smiles and helped us with everything thing that we needed. He ensured that our stay was comfortable, checked up on us in case we needed anything and was always available if need be. If I had to rate all of my stays in hotels throughout my life, I would definitely say that Maison Albar comes out on top. Their customer service is so phenomenal from the moment you enter to the moment that you leave. If I could live out of any hotel for the rest of my life, I’d choose this one. We stayed here for an occasion - a birthday celebration. We received complimentary drinks, cakes as well as dishes when we went for their exceptional 7-course fine dining experience. Eric, the manager of the restaurant makes sure to tell you what you’re eating, makes sure that you’re comfortable and makes sure that you don’t have any needs because everything is met before asking for anything. The room itself is meticulously clean, spacious they provide you with high end amenities, complimentary stocked up fridge and Maison Margiela products that leaves you with a naturally perfumed scent. I also love the the daily fruit, beverages and afternoons snacks that they leave in your room. If you are still feeling peckish after all this, you can pop into their French bakery on the ground floor, just in case you wanted an extra indulgence. Also, please also try out their delectable breakfast buffet spread. Thank you to the staff at Maison Albar for making us feel welcomed, comfortable and special.

We upgraded our room to the executive floor. Yoro helped us experience the afternoon tea on the executive floor and introduced nearby places to eat and play. The service was very good and very consistent with the brand image of Renaissance. It was a perfect ending to our one-week trip to Guizhou. I will choose Renaissance again when I come to Guiyang next time.
