Lovely rooms, very friendly staff. Provided a travel cot for my 1.5 year old son which he slept well in. The water from the taps comes out hot so no waiting for the water to heat up which was great! Provided bath salts for the bath too. Breakfast had a good selection of western and Chinese foods.

Facilities: Old. It’s outrageous to hear the sound of electricity while sleeping.
Hygiene: Not good. The toilet seats are yellow and there is no disposable toilet cover.
Environment: Average. There is a bathtub but no disposable bathtub cover. I can’t even take a bath after a tired day.
Service: The front desk staff was so bad that they acted like I owed her millions. I wanted to ask them to keep something. I asked them to go to the concierge to explain it to me. They looked impatient. Do you own this hotel? What’s even more outrageous is that there was no one at the concierge. I waited for 5 minutes before coming to Lexe. I will never stay here again. I’m really speechless.
