房間乾淨還是比較安靜 前台小張小楊態度很好 讓加的東西很快送過來服務滿分 除了比較遠其他都還可以

這次入住體驗很差 首先房間味道很大 刺鼻 不能在房間呆著 806房間 味道太重了 換了房間 衞生各方面很好 另外外賣不讓送到房間 很理解 但是酒店沒有配備機器人 很不方便 服務意識比較一般 雖然退房的時候前台美女也説了 需要的話可以送到房間 大早起的 住客由於喝多了不能下樓 你們要是服務意識真的有的話 就直接送上去了 而且我還問過快遞小哥 不讓送 也沒有機器人 就得讓我下去拿 沒法理解這種馬後炮的説辭 希望你們能真正的有點最基本的服務

很惱火，充電器掉酒店了反正打電話回去沒找到，酒店服務也很一般，專門升級了含雙早套餐，但是還是沒有吃上早飯，很可惜。

很常規的星級酒店，房間挺大，設施齊全，離貴陽北很近，需要中轉的寶子們適合住，滴滴隨時打到，服務態度很好！住後感：很滿意！！
