Super kind and helpful staff, they helped us book Li River Cruise and also offered us a special gift when we left. The room was very nice and also super cheap, definitively recommend 10/10 🙌

Location is decent where it is walking distance from shopping areas and few hundred meters away from the train station.
The hotel was clean and the staffs were very friendly and eager to help you out with any concerns about the traveling.
I was traveling during december and my biggest concern was room heating, but the hotel room had AC that can heat room very very well.

We had a good stay in this hotel. The front desk staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located to many attractions, train stations, and many eateries. We got a room upgrade. It is spacious and fully stocked with all the daily necessities. My husband and I really love their hot ginger drink provided to their customers in the lobby for free. It is really a nice gesture, especially in this cold winter time. Highly recommend this hotel to others.

I have a very good stay at Global Village Hotel. The location is convenient. It is close to Guilin Train Station. The Xiangshan, Fubo, Zhengyang Street, and Xiaoyao Tower are within reach by public transport. The room and washroom are clean and well equipped. The front desk service is friendly, helpful, and responsive. It would be my go-to choice in Guilin.

Though the hotel was about 2 km from the town center, there's a public bus stop nearby .
The service of the hotel should be highly praised . They always prepare a small gift for those who are leaving.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly and Helpful with my queries. Location is 3km away from main attraction areas.

Good hotel for a short trip to Guilin. Very good price / quality ratio. A bit outside of the center (20 walking minutes), but taxis a very cheap. No western food around the location, but a lot of local options. Happy to come again!
