酒店的設計挺不錯的，大堂風格輕奢敞亮，大堂放着輕快的音樂，從大堂到客房、餐廳，各處都能感受到很舒適的感受。位於城市中心，遊玩逛街都很方便。相鄰的是七星萬達廣場，桂林著名小洱海稱號的穿山公園步行15分鐘即可到達。購物逛街超級方便，客世界僅五分鐘車程，到萬象城也是十五分鐘左右，是購物中心，黃金地段。 房間簡約温馨，格局通透寬敞，衞生間蠻大的。枕頭和床都是一如既往的軟，每個房間都配有窗户，可以感受桂林這座旅遊城市的鬆弛感。管家的態度讓人感到舒心愜意，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，每位工作人員都非常的熱情，到店入住後有管家特地致電問我的入住感受，詢問有沒有需要幫助的地方告知了早餐時間地點洗衣房位置可以説是非常舒心，桂林這幾天超級熱，32度，酒店也是除了茶飲外準備推出冷飲，還提前給我看了下他們買的飲料機設備，太用心了~很喜歡也很期待哦!令我留下了深刻的印象。選擇這家酒店確實很可以，環境優雅，服務周到，讓我住的很開心。酒店給我們印象最深的還是服務，無論是酒店前台的服務員，客房阿姨都非常有禮貌，非常熱心的為我們提供優質的服務，讓我們很感動，很温暖，從很多細節看得出來酒店的管理很到位的。客房的整潔度也讓人贊歎，床品柔軟舒適，環山景觀映入眼簾。酒店的餐飲也是非常的好，早餐品種豐富，各類吃的都有。服務人員手腳麻利收拾桌子補菜速度很快。住店的客人也都可以免費停車，車位不夠還有工作人員可以幫指引停車位報銷費用，總體感覺非常舒心，會選擇這家酒店常來！
