It’s rubbish! Ctrip is getting more and more bottomless. It rates four diamonds. Although Ctrip itself explains that four diamonds does not equal four stars, when it comes to recommendations, it is a tie between four diamonds and four stars. In fact, it doesn't even have enough stars, it's a complete fraud. Not to mention the old mold, the sticky mess on the table was not cleaned up. I don’t know what disgusting thing it was, so I asked the cleaning staff to wipe the table temporarily. The socket was not straightforward enough, so an ordinary wiring board fell off the wall, and the roof outside the window turned out to be a garbage dump. The strange thing is that there was a power outage at 5 a.m., the customer service phone number was unreachable, there were no emergency lights in the corridors, and the narrow corridors were eerie. The elevator stopped without emergency power, and there was no emergency light when climbing the evacuation passage. I don’t know how the fire depar**ent passed the test. Hei Guludong climbed up and down with his mobile phone in his hands. After that, the water for flushing the toilet stopped. After using the queen size, I found that there was no water. When I checked out, I didn't wait for the water to come. I had to tell the cleaning staff that the toilet hadn't been flushed yet. What's even more disgusting is the service attitude. I still haven't received a call by more than ten hours, and the front desk has no apology. It is really strange that a top tourist city in the country like Guilin has such a rubbish Four Diamond hotel.

The room facilities are old and the hygiene is not good. The disposable items are of good quality and the hotel service is OK. Breakfast is not included in the online price
