Would Highly recommend anyone to stay at The Arkansas City Best Western instead of the Winfield (Super 8 & Quality Inn) hotels! My stay was wonderful and others who stayed in Winfield were miserable! Some had to change rooms several times and one had mold issues.

Love the pool and hot tub!! Room keys were not working so that kind of sucked. Had to ask front desk to unlock the door or just leave it unlocked when you left!! I know things happen so not that big of a deal!

Place was ok i guess. Nothing special...there was limited parking. Lady working front desk was really nice though.

It always hurts me to write a review not to positive. I had king room with couch. First room may have had water damage, I had to change rooms. Second room, couch had multiple stains and rug wet in front of ac unit. Hotel is clean but needs work. Housekeeping did freshen room, but only pull up bed, they dont make it every day. Manager reception nice in evening. Staff very nice and were always helpful when I stopped by desk. I am a Marriott guy and felt a little disappointed.

We stay two night 4 seniors two rooms. Access to ******. Room was clean my bed was great two other people in our group thought bed was uncomfortable. I like a medium bed which this was. ****** is great if you gamble. We had one senior who did win a nice amount of money. Be careful on the toll road we went almost 100 miles before we found a gas station.
