Great staff to help get checked in. There was very little wait time at check in even though it was on a busy evening. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely will be staying again!

Bathroom had some damage around the tub area, wallpaper pealing and such. TV was weird, wanted to stream peacock but couldn’t add it to the TV? Pillows were super flat and bed was hard. Great breakfast and great staff. Hot tub was nice

The staff was great! However, our heating/cooling system was obnoxiously loud. We were only staying one night due to a snowstorm making the roads difficult. Otherwise, we would have said something and tried to move.
Just FYI if you’re traveling as a family, be aware that all the food is behind the ****** gate so nobody under 21 can go into the restaurants.

Huge hotel with an attached ****** (which I didn’t really notice when I made the reservation). I would give it an excellent for cleanliness but you could smell the smoke of the ****** all over the lobby and lifting up into the halls of the upper floors. Really too bad too because it was a nice property. Parking was a bit of a pain because you have to compete with people going to the ******. Would be nice for parking nearer the hotel to be reserved for hotel guests only. The staff was fantastic, extremely helpful and very friendly! Our room was okay, bed very comfortable, but the lighting in the room was poor. Not very good for reading at all.

The hotel looked clean but it needs updating. Holes in upholstery and many other areas of the room were dated. The location is great but the quality of the rooms is poor.
