The superior twin room booked is large in size, and the room is also equipped with a small refrigerator and a table, and slippers are not provided. There are wall-mounted air conditioners. The front desk of the hotel can speak English and has a very good attitude. After arriving, I found that the business center was closed due to the epidemic, but the front desk could still help with printing. There is an open space with a roof on the second floor of the hotel, with tables and chairs, and a swimming pool next to it, which coincides with Christmas and a Christmas tree. The hotel provides a free breakfast buffet, which is changed every day. The beef there is very good. There are a lot of people in the breakfast room on weekends, so pay attention to protection. The only minor problem is that our room is close to the road, which is a bit noisy at night, especially because of cultural reasons, the locals like to drive by modified cars with super loud speakers all the way at night, but just get used to it. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the city center, such as the City Hall or Iguana Park. You only need to cross a road along the river. There is also a supermarket called Mini nearby to buy food and daily necessities, but there are many restaurants suitable for Chinese people. Less, usually the solution is to order takeaway in the hotel room, recommend the takeaway software Glovo, English interface, some dishes have pictures. Uber is recommended for calling out. This hotel is a relatively old hotel in Guayaquil, very close to the airport, the room decoration is a little old, I feel that there are more mahogany, the traffic is very convenient nearby, and it is very safe.

I have stayed here upwards of 10 times! My grandmother lives at the beach and I fly into Guyaquil and stay at this Radisson every time. They pick you up from the airport always on time and with the utmost courtesy. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. I have family that lives across the street and we all meet here for breakfast to start every family visit. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

This was the first time I was staying at this hotel and will definitely return. The location is perfect in the Puerto Santa Ana area, near restaurants, coffee shop, bars, etc. Most importantly, I felt very safe in this area. The service was good, except that the first time I had breakfast there, I was practically chased by the waiter to pay. I told him to put the check in my room and he mentioned that they didn't have a card on file. I had submitted my card when I checked in but I guess it was not registered by the receptionist for additional charges. I told him I would bring the card down. Well, he was already waiting for me by my door when I got to the room. It was quite annoying the lack of trust. I was not trying to walkout on the check! Anyways, the next time I went to have breakfast I made sure to bring my card. I found breakfast to be expensive by the way. You can find cheaper food around the area. I would recommend the hotel for its location as the rooms are ok but found them a bit outdated. I thought it was very nice that they offer hotel transfers at no cost. My driver waited for me for a bit since my flight had been delayed, That was really appreciated.

Very clean hotel and great hospitality. Even though it was my first time visiting Quayaquil I enjoyed my staying at this hotel. All areas very nice and clean the swimming pool and the gym were the two best spots for my two young boys. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything and answered all my questions and concerns I really appreciated. I will definitely come back in the near future.

This hotel is nothing wrong except expensive. Facilities: Basically everything, except slippers and toothbrushes are not provided, minibars, refrigerators, coffee machines are available. This is good. Hygienic: Hygiene is very clean, the Kung Fu aunt who has breakfast will come over and clean the room. Environment: The focus is on the largest shopping mall in the area next to it. You can walk directly to the shopping mall without going out on the second floor of the hotel. There are all big supermarkets for eating, drinking and playing, which is safe and convenient. Recommended if you come to travel. Service: The service is very good. The only hotel at the front desk in Guayaquil has a waiter to help you pull your luggage to the room. The point is that you run without a tip. I called and gave 1 dollar.

The place have some cracks in the infrastructure, the paint of the walls is old and fading and falling apart , when taking a shower water splashes every where on the floor even if the shower door is closed.

Our stay at the hotel was okay. The staff was very friendly. Our room was spacious, you could also use the small fitness room. Breakfast okay, the scrambled eggs were freshly prepared. What bothered us are the poorly insulated windows: because of the street noise, it was quite loud in the room early in the morning. We found the ”art” that decorates all the hotel walls took some getting used to - but that should be very individual 😊
