The hotel breakfast is quite rich. There are also many places to visit downstairs. There are also Chinese food, milk tea, Cantonese dim sum and so on downstairs. There are also many food stalls.

I don't like the way they told me my friend had to pay to go up to my room and I said he wouldn't stay, he would just go up to do the math and he was leaving because they wanted me to pay 50 dollars and when I didn't like the hotel they didn't want to give me my money back, they told me I would lose everything.

The hotel boasts a superb location, offering breathtaking views of the azure sea and sky of Port Santa Ana right outside the window. In the evenings, the sunset paints the colorful rooftops a picture-perfect scene. The rooms are clean and spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding that instantly soothes you when you're tired. The staff are incredibly welcoming, speak fluent English, and even thoughtfully recommended nearby seafood restaurants and walking routes. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring both local specialties and international cuisine; I especially loved the freshly made South American tortillas. It's a 5-minute walk from the port, making it convenient to explore the old town. Excellent value for money; I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guayaquil!

The location is basically safe. There are many food options downstairs.

The room is very large and spacious, the service is very good, the breakfast is very rich, the surrounding environment is very beautiful and safe. It is the first choice for business trips and travel. It is highly recommended to stay.
