老酒店，硬件設施跟不上！房間右邊的整組燈都開不了，枱燈線也斷…早餐吧，不求高端食材，但也不太好入口！周邊環境不錯，流溪河邊，但現在允許放煙花，晚上全被煙霧包圍，晚上12點也還有人在放，吵！五一假期，790元訂了一個兩房一廳，算可以了！

從18年每年都會住1-2次的酒店，但這次是最後一次。第一間房去到廁所有異味，廁所地板全部是濕的。等了好久服務員才來，她説因為廁所臟早上洗了地板，第二天就會乾的。去到前台反映情況，前台忙回答我“嗯嗯嗯”，打電話到攜程立馬協調換房，前台態度很好給我升級了房間，我也不想為難前台，因為每一間都差不多。房間還長蘑菇的，710/晚，絕了

各種臟亂差，温泉水的温度也不夠，泡完第二天就感冒了。
大晚上房間外通道燈也不開，陰森詭異。
靠房的電梯也停關，需要走很遠的地方去搭乘另一台。
這種酒店以後不再見。

本人親身體驗，評論區所有的差評均為真實，現實就是那樣！住過最差的酒店就是這家，服務態度最不好也是這家，環境差得離譜，衞生差的恐怖
最讓人生氣的是酒店一個**的工作人員，客人入住酒店時們門是壞的，導致客人手受傷。跟酒店反應，第一時間派維修人員上來維修門，而不是工作人員上來慰問受傷情況或者包紮處理傷口，下去跟那個**男反應情況愛理不理，上來房間也不是第一時間慰問受傷情況，還問客人門是自己壞還是我們搞壞，然後還説客人搞笑，這是有人性的嗎？**都做不出這樣的事吧？這種人能做服務行業嗎？有素養嗎？
調查監控後證明門是之前就壞的，也不跟客人道歉，還説他做法沒問題
事情本來不大，就是因為這個**男的處理態度讓人氣憤，讓人體驗到什麼叫沒人性！

接待服務員很好很熱情，地理位置很好，有專門的停車場，房間夠大，總體性價比是比較好的。早餐相對這個價位不太適合了，能要求不高能吃飽的。
