The hotel is ok. But be in the center opposite the lotus. The view is beautiful. Maybe we were unlucky, but on Mouzon Square until 13 at night almost every day. It’s impossible to go to bed at 10 pm, but in our house it’s already 1 am. The Vietnamese are noisy like gypsies. In the mornings they shout in the corridor. And the maids hang out every day outside our door in room 901. They have a problem with chairs; they are moved around the clock. Put something under the legs. We had an executive room with a balcony, stated 32 m. This includes a balcony and a toilet. But obviously less. There are 4 rooms on the floor. Only the executive one for 1900 rubles is normal. The rest are small. Would I check in next time - of course not. Away from Lotus. And even if you have windows facing the road, you will listen to motorcycles all day. And the hotel was probably previously 4 stars.

We chose a hotel “for ourselves” long before the trip. We read all the reviews and were prepared for many troubles. The reality exceeded all expectations. Breakfasts are standard in composition for these regions, but the amount of changing fruit was a surprise. The view from the window is gorgeous :) Everything around is suitable for a family holiday.

The room is comfortable. Supplies are provided and the towels are clean. The air conditioner works great, the battery in the remote control was replaced very quickly.
Upon departure, they demanded payment for the bottles of water that were on the table. Not in the refrigerator, but on the table. Of course, this pettiness is surprising, since you don’t have to pay for 3in1 coffee.
I bought bottles in a store 4 meters from the hotel.
The sauna, pool bar and restaurant were not open for lunch and dinner. January 2024.
The rooftop pool is small but clean, the filtration works great.

The staff are lovely and provide good service.
Unfortunately, our room did not have a mini bar.
I recommend that a small refrigerator should be installed in every room for the convenience of our guests.

The hotel I chose to take a break on the day of my return home.
It seemed heavy and difficult to carry around the suitcase on the last day of the trip, and after walking around covered in sweat in the hot weather, you could take a quick shower and go back out.
