I must say that the overall service quality and the cleanliness of the room was outstanding… as I was travelling with my wife & daughter, the front desk staff ( named Yan) was very thoughtful and attentive. I randomly found the hotel nearby while on a business trip. The front desk staff greeted me politely when I entered the hotel.
