I waited for more than ten minutes, but it was understandable. I just hope that the hotel can send more manpower to shorten the waiting time depending on the actual situation. Another problem is that the hotel told me that due to food safety regulations, housekeeping staff are not allowed to deliver takeaway food to my room. I find it very nonsensical. In-room food delivery is also done manually, and the hotel also has intelligent robots. Why should we embarrass guests in this regard?
