Hotel Plaza Diana

Our tour booked us this hotel for the group, the hotel mentions that the language’s spoken are English and Spanish. No staff speaks English. There’s a restaurant downstairs, La Milonga. We ordered food and drinks. Waited for an hour, no service, my friend received her soup it was too salty. It was like a cup of salt in water with a pinch of mushrooms. I ordered caesar salad and a drink, 60 minutes later we left. Now the room, it’s okay but bathroom has barely hot water, no place to hang towels. No place to put soap and it’s filthy. We were told this is a newer hotel, see the pictures of shower and you get the idea. I won’t waste money on false advertising. Total disappointment.
Roma Guadalajara in Downtown

Good location but warning: The tile floors are very slippery especially when they slip. The rest of me fell and was badly injured enough to ask for a walker for the rest of our stay. There were 3 mobility on our trip - there were people who were challenged and they all said the same, so be careful. They don't have towels. Pillows don't stay on pillows. AC/heating was very difficult to work. There was a room safe but no one could open to keep my passport. They also changed the door–after the night of the street and half of the group had to take the new key after the day trip. Buffet breakfast was not very good but I did it because it was included in the room rate. As I said, the location is good but I would not recommend this place.

Everything is fine here. swimming pool. It is a villa hotel. There is no elevator. In addition, breakfast. Breakfast is only yogurt, dry bread, if you want other things, you have to pay extra. As for a sandwich, you need to receive 19 RMB.

I don't like the service of this agency, because I was asked to pay for the app to book, even a payment voucher, when they arrived at the hotel, they charged me again at the time of my check in. The hotel I commented that my booking was made but no payments were reflected to them
Hostalia Hotel Expo & Business Class

The hotel is in a good location, if the option is to rest and not to the centre; it has safe, free parking. The suite was quite wide, containing everything necessary for a pleasant rest, careful furniture and complying with everything you offer on your website for that room; wireless internet included, though medium intensity; The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and the room was very clean and was very clean. The staff was very careful, both reception, buttons, restaurant.

Hotel in the very center. Very convenient. There is a restaurant downstairs, fashionable to eat. But the quality did not tempt us. Unfortunately everything was very cheated and a lot of things were not working. When we entered did not clean up. True when they said about it, cleaned up quality. In principle, we seem to be less permissible. Here the staff was very friendly.
