Big disappointment. I called the day before arrival to confirm reservation and was told they didnt have on in my name. They immediately called back and said they found my reservation. When my children and i arrived I was told there was when no reservation in my name to be found. When i explained it was confirmed the day before he 'found' my reservation and said it had been cancelled due to a declined card. I knew this was false , called my bank and confirmed that there was no attempted transaction or denial to this hotel. The hotel clerk said his manager was not there and they had no available rooms. As i sat in the lobby trying to find another hotel, another team mom walked in the door she said they did the exact same thing to her. She said the manager helped get her room and she pointed out the exact same guy who told me no manager was available. She insisted he told her he was the manager. Upon hearing our conversation, he 'found' ONE king suite left. I had no choice but to take it due to a lot of events in the area and hotels being booked. Miracously I was asked if i wanted first floor or second floor when there was only 1 room left. When i asked for extra towels since we only had 3, it was made obvious it was an inconvenience. He told me I could only have 2. The integrity of staff is horrible here. The extra fees are also ridiculous.
