Ramada by Wyndham Moses Lake

I stayed for six days while in town on a job near by. The hotel got decent reviews and with working long days, I really just needed somewhere comfortable to sleep. The upside, is that the room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the hotel in general was well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The downside, is that the rooms are really dated....dark carpeting, dark woodwork, aged and discolored draperies and older plumbing fixtures. The upside, as I said, is that the property is very well maintained. For as dated as the rooms were, there didn't appear to be any low quality repairs as is typical with many hotels with aged and dated rooms. Breakfast was early, hot and consisted of biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, etc. For long, 14hr work days, this hotel was perfect for a no frills comfortable night sleep.

I had a bad experience with my door key, but the front desk was always nice about fixing to he issue for me. They provided me new keys. The breakfast bar is always hot and fresh... that's a big plus and another reason I love to stay at Comfort Suites
Best Western Plus Lake Front Hotel

The receptionist Mary was particularly impressed, friendly and attentive. Help us coordinate the room and check in quickly. The rooms are simple but well-equipped with free parking. When we checked out, we learned that we had missed breakfast. The receptionist offered us a meal package, which was a pleasant surprise.

My experience with your hotel in Mosses Lake was awful the duvet for bed was dirty and the bottom sheet had crusty crap on the sheets. It was obvious that the room was not cleaned and after looking at other parts of the room disinfectant has not been used in this century. Next time I am in Mosses Lake I will expect to see this site rebranded as a cheap hourly motel with the current management Right after checking in we left for a family emergency and when we returned and realized how bad the room was we had to sleep on top of the bedding. The phone headset was stuck to the phone base from all the sticky stuff had not been cleaned. The room was obviously not disinfected or even vacuumed which one would expect due to COVID-19. Housekeeping went into the room while I had a do not disturb sign on the door. I had medication on the bed and did not want anyone in the room and obviously respecting people’s privacy is no longer something your hotel chain provides. While with my dying father, I received a threatening note from Brandon that I had to check out by 3pm or I will be charged another night because they are not giving late check out no matter of status due to COVID-19. Last year I had the hightest status with you but I have recently been moved to Gold Status. Your status should not mean you get a clean room or that the person at the front desk does not have an attitude. I am a globalist with Hyatt and maintain a number of other statuses with hotels. I shared with Brandon how dirty the room was and the fact that the bedding was not changed and was obviously not taken care of. He did not do anything to address the problem, oh he gave us two free coffee for living in another person's mess. The staff failed to advise me at check-in that I would not get my late check out due to COVID-19. I guess they also forgot to tell me they are not cleaning or sanitizing rooms due to the pandemic either. As a guest that stays with you a lot I am horrified of the lack of cleanliness of the room and was so disrespected. I did not even take a shower because I did not feel safe because the shower was so dirty. All of this and I gave the hotel business for two rooms with the rest of the hotel vacant. I will never use this hotel again and frankly, this has left me to avoid your brand in the future and I will no longer work to achieve high status with your organization because this treatment was appalling.
Motel 6 Moses Lake, WA

Great hospitality upon my phone inquiry. Very forthcoming explanations about rates, the procedures, etc. The room was very clean and quiet. Any problems were immediately taken care of. The front desk people were obviously very concerned with the customers and any concerns or questions they had. The motel I had just left in Ritzville was just the opposite so this Motel 6 was quite a relief. Kudos to the whole staff at Moses Lake Motel 6.
