Grafelfing Hotels & Accommodations

The hotel was cozing and had good accomodations. Although not too modern, the room was equipped with everything we needed and had great acoustics. Parking in the surroundings was not very easy depending on the moment of the day. Breakfast was nice, with variety of food and typically German food included. The staff was nice but not very welcoming. The neighborhood was not very near to the city center, but that worked out really good for us, since we got to experience the local life.

As an interim stop on the way to Italy OK. For “permission feeling” not the right thing. Plus points: clean and new. Breakfast is great, the staff friendly. The fact that you don't use the pool on the roof may be a strange thing as a guest because I know it differently from other hotels. The fact that no children are allowed on the roof terrace is also a strange thing for me personally. Mostly because there are really nicely selected children's toys in the lobby (HABA pups, new stickbooks, wooden toys...). It is not true for me in any way, but the hotels with so many own rules are in some way coming. Eat only behind, no drinks there, please order only there, children only here but not there.... When you have all understood, it's certainly pleasant for the staff. Maybe I'm also deaf. In Tyrol , South Tyrol... it's different. The guest is the main person there. Here rather not sooooooo.... Location is rather 4-, but it just keeps quiet at night, so in the middle of a business area. For a pure city holiday in Munich I would look for something more central and cool. As an interim stop it's OK. With bus and rail you're so about in 40 minutes in the city (if you just get the bus, you're going every 20 minutes). It would be, now that I have understood everything may come back.

The hotel is located in Germering / Unterpfaffenhofen and is very cheap for visits to Munich and the surroundings (5-Seen-Land). It is newly renovated and very clean. The prices are very cheap - we paid with breakfast 125 EUR for 2 nights. Breakfast buffet offers something for everyone and is very extensive. Reception at the reception was friendly, check-in quickly and uncomplicated. The rooms are very small, however. The bathroom offers little deposit area, there is no box (this is not so tragic), but also for the bag offers little place. All in all the rooms are OK for the night. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are very quiet. There is also a GRATIS parking garage ! - that is now very rare - directly below the hotel. The infrastructure is very good - local and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The S-Bahn Germering is about 10 minutes. This is about 30 minutes to the center of Munich. One point of criticism: There is still a little delay in the point of sustainability. On the one hand, the plastic bottles for tooth cleaning, which are once again sold in plastic, but also at breakfast there is still a lot of plastic (marmelade, yoghurt...etc), here you could find better solutions

Very nice, large and quiet room, love for the detail lacked. At the time of a family member's clinical purchase, I was 4 nights guest at the Empress Hotel. The room was badly cleaned, but this was corrected immediately after my complaint. I was located in the back building, this had the advantage that it was really quiet here, but unfortunately the access path was very poorly illuminated in the evening and not sufficiently widespread or freed from snow. The TV could not be switched off via the remote control, I had to pull the plug, the window which was kicked, I could not close, because here the safety bottles were pressed to protect the intruder and the heft therefore I couldn't use the safe because it didn't work. I also informed the hotel manager, but the shortcomings were not removed during my stay. The Wi-Fi was a single disaster, I used a lot of data volumes because I didn't notice at first that I had to constantly re-select. In the evening, nobody was to reach, I found something scaring. The breakfast buffet was OK, but my musli had to eat from a plastic bowl that I found strange. Dry flowers at the reception are not bad, but have left the impression that I could see everywhere that love is missing in detail.

I liked it so much. It's new and clean, but the interior is really pretty Not near Munich Central Station, but transportation is not bad because it is within walking distance from Munich-Pasing station The staff were friendly and I would like to stay at this hostel again next time I go to Munich

The location of the hotel is a bit biased, but it is convenient for self-driving, and parking is available on the street outside the hotel. The front desk clerk has a good attitude. The square is clean and there are microwave ovens and induction cookers for easy and simple cooking.

The hotel has made a lot of trouble again well. Very clean, modern, priced top and a super breakfast buffet. The neighborhood is quiet, it was very pleasant. The rooms are small but it's all there you need.

Only down side to this hotel is the lack of Reception or Room servicing during the weekend, I felt that if the room was not going to be serviced that more towels for the bathroom and more than 3 coffees, teas etc be left on the friday. Other than that it was a good Hotel. Being close to the S-Bann station, (walk 10 meters from door of hotel) was a bonus. One of the S-bann lines connects with the airport, so no change of train necessary with luggage. One down grade is that at check in we were told we didnt have breakfast, when on their website they state free breakfast, we cooked our own in the room, to save confusion.

Hotel in the outskirts of Monaco in the new pasing district well served by means of the city center. Big room, it's a pity that being a nn3 star S has no small refrigerator inside and, as often happens in Germany, has a ground moquette that is terrible. Small but complete bathroom. Cleaning enough. It might be better. The reception staff is present but is limited to a few information and not complete. Discrete salad breakfast, sweet insufficient only mini croissant gommes. Excellent bread and marmelade of lampons.

Köberl is basic. It's a no-frills hotel tucked away in a backyard, surrouned by garages and lots for used car sales. On the positive side: it's easy to reach from Neuaubing S-bahn station (ca 10 mins on foot) and the S-bahn takes you to central Munich smoothly. The room I was in had a bed, a cupboard, a shower, a TV, a table and a chair (I was travelling solo, hence only one chair). Toilets are shared in the communal hall. The bed was comfortable and the room really had everything I needed. The staff was cheerful and greeted me well and the place was clean and generally well-kept, albeit a bit worn. The wifi worked fine. On the downside, the place could do with some TLC and general renovations. The noise from the hall was annoying. There was no way to come in or leave your room without the whole corridor hearing the bangs from the closing doors or the loud, echoing locks. There was a fridge in my room, but it wasn't plugged in and just generally gave the impression that it had been dumped there. Also, two of four power sockets in the room didn't work. I didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant/bar, so I can't have an opinion on that.
